Well it isn't, great, good or bad. Located inside the 99 ranch supermarket and the only pho spot in there so why not try it. The pho broth didn't have too much flavor compared to a lot of other places I've been. Not only that coming from authenticity background it defiantly taste like something my mom made really fast. Seafood pho cans with shrimp, a few imitation crab sticks and one fish ball cut in half.... broth did lack flavor so had to put tons of hosin and hot sauce to get it to my liking but still was missing that taste of Good pho. Spring rolls well .... I don't think anyone can mess that up. Normally they come with shrimp and pork but I opt out for meat. They are a decent size and came with about 5 half shrimps. The sauce was okay I couldn't figure out the taste as it seem to have some type of curry taste which is odd but I wasn't a huge fan. What I do appreciate that 100 restaurants don't do is pluck there bean sprouts by taking off the ends. So A+ on that. Try it for yourself because it wasn't good, great or bad.

Well, it was worth a shot. I was already at 99 Ranch doing some shopping and figured I would just grab a bite to eat while I was there. Since I'm not really a fan of Ten Ren Tea Time and the 99 Ranch deli area seems to always be super greasy, I figured I'd get something light from here. I went with a grilled beef vermicelli bowl. For $9, the bowl was a decent size and the amount of beef was generous. The problem was that the beef was sort of flavorless and stringy. There were some cucumbers and some pickled vegetables, but I missed having pieces of fried egg rolls in the bowl like is often given with this dish elsewhere. The fish sauce that came with the bowl was pretty weak. I would have liked a stronger flavor. And the bowl does not come with a side of pho broth. When eating a dry bowl like this, a little bowl of pho broth on the side is the perfect accompaniment. I ended up just ordering a side of pho broth. Although I regret doing that. The broth did not taste like pho at all. The spices were all off. It was thin and ate very flat and one-note. It completely missed the mark.

I feel so sad.....so sad.....don't do it.....so sad..... (diarrhea). Sandwich is horrible and flavorless. Please don't tip, like I did, save your $. Go get boba at Ten Ren instead. I tried to finish eating but I couldn't.

Pho is bland & flat but they do give you enough meat for the price , the desert #16 with red beans are not tender or sweet. The beans tends to be undercooked and slight salty. Only things is the coconut milk is cold sweet & tasty. The grill cold noodles has lots of lettuce and not enough mints leaves. Fish sauce tasted sweet and like premade coming out of a bottle that you can get from grocery stores in Westminster/Bolsa. Over all food is mediocre but quick. Place to go if you are having craving but pressed for time and if you are not sensitive to MSG

The worst pho I've ever had. The broth just had a weird taste, I can't really place it. Even after adding lime and hot sauce to it, taste still didn't improve. I took it to go, and literally the noddles, the meat, tofu, everything was placed in a separate container from the broth, this is the first time that I've ever had it like this; I felt like I could've just gone and bought the ingredients and made it myself if this was the case. Normally when I've gone to any other pho place and taken it to go they just prepare it and put it in a to go cup. Especially for the wait time, it took them so long just so that could pack up the ingredients for me? Made no sense. I should've gone to the pho place next door, which was my original plan, but since I was already inside the market I figured I'd try this place out. Def won't be returning.

The vermicelli was delicious, the fish sauce is homemade and truly delivers a traditional vietnamese taste. Loved the spring rolls and egg rolls as well.

The pho here has got to be one of the worst I have had. The soup broth tasted like water, even after you put in the sauce. They ran out of basil so they substituted mint leaves. They are located in a supermarket yet the said they couldn't buy any because they are out. Still dont think it would help with the flavor. Save your money and don't order any pho.

Convenient little spot for a quick bite when you're hungry while grocery shopping. The spring rolls are very filling, but the eggrolls are phenomenal - the only place I know that adds taro into their unique recipe!

Fast and simple, the pho is really good! While they don't have all the usual dishes(express duh), the vermicelli and pho was done right. Didn't try the sandwich yet, but will definitely drop by next time.

Located inside Ranch 99 grocery store.. Not a full service establishment, walk up to the counter order your food and pick up a few minutes later. They don't offer condiments in a bottle but have plastic utensils and disposable chopsticks with packets condiments.. sit anywhere at the food court area , tables and chairs are provided. my first time here , hubby and I ordered #1 and #2 choose between a large or medium size bowl. I am impressed their broth was hot and flavorful, prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area.. Definitely will dine here again if I am hungry while grocery shopping .
