Worse customer service out of all the Pieologys I've ever been to. I've been to this locations 3 times and all 3 times the person making my food was hella rude and didn't even greet me as a customer. Plus they put way too much topping for each ingredient. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Go to literally any other location.

Excellent and clean location. The manager is very good and takes care of the location. The soda machine was broken so he apologized multiple times and provided bottled drinks to make up. The pizza was nice and crusty. Their lunch special is very cost effective and good for 1 person. Would definitely visit again!

Girl at the front making the pizzas was very nice and helpful , I was ordering a pizza for my son and he wanted Buffalo sauce , wasn't sure if he wanted it on the side or on his pizza. The girl put a little on the pizza and said she could give me a little on the side. That was great . I paid for the pizza and a side of ranch . Waited for my pizza which was very fast and asked the guy for the side of Buffalo . He said it would be $1 , I mentioned to him that the girl said I could have some on the side and he wouldn't give it to me. I then asked if I were to ask for more on my pizza could I have it ? He said yes and put more on my pizza. So my question to the manager is what is the difference and why would you charge extra for a condiment that I can get on my pizza for no extra charge ? Times like these are hard for a lot of people, but if you nickel and dime your customers when they are paying $13 for little pizza my guess is they will want to spend their money elsewhere. Which is exactly what I will do . Helps me to understand why the place was so dead.

Went in a week ago, the gentlemen that took my order just stared and didn't ask what I wanted on my pizza. Every time someone walked in he would look and stare instead of checking if he was placing the right toppings. Which he wasn't, I asked for pepperoni and ham and he put chicken. Instead of making a new pizza he started picking the chicken out of the pizza. This being said I still had chicken on my pizza. He didn't even apologize. I think his name was Colton or something like that. Won't be going back.

OK is it just me or has Pieology skipped out on their produce and this little pizza cost me $15 I don't think I'll be returning to Pieology anytime soon very disappointed in the quantity of the vegetables and meat that they put on their pies

Just got two pizza, one thick and one thin crust. Absolutely Delicious. Better than that, the customer service at this branch was top notch! Melody and the onsite manager were very down to earth and extremely helpful. The manager even went out of their way to figure out and offer us an app reward. Super kind and great customer care. The two worked very well as a team. Pay raise and bonus worthy!

Just your usual Pieology Pizzeria. This location is in the McKinley street town center area. It was pretty clean and nice inside. I got the classic thin crust with garlic butter, pepperoni, sausage, sun-dried tomatoes and mushroom. It's one of my favorite combo. And you can't go wrong with it. They make it in front of you so you know it is made fresh. The great thing about it is how fast the pizza is ready for you. If you want a dipping sauce it's $.90 extra. The ranch was not good at all, it was really watery and it's only half a ramekin that they fill up. The pizza is delicious, one pizza is usually good for one person, at least in my appetite.

I checked in yesterday for a cool and fruity Refreshment and had a positive and revitalizing Experience! I love the Beverage Selection here and the Orange Mango Sparkling Water they serve in bottles. I checked in around Noon and the Store was very clean, comfortable, and well set up! The Team Member who rang me up gave Me terrific suggestions of her Favorite Pizza - a Hawaiian Style Design jazzed up with Cilantro to give it an extra fun and fresh kick too. The Manager on Duty in charge of assisting the Cashier was really pleasant and positive too! I liked his Fun and Colorful hair and how cool headed and well-poised He was in handling the Technology stalls of the moment. The Team Members kept the Bathrooms very fresh and clean too, and I liked how the Trash Cans weren't overflowing. The Best Part of the Experience was all the Beautiful and Inspiring Art and Photography on the Walls! I really enjoyed the Heartwarming Quotes from Mother Teresa about using Smiles to start Moments of Loving Connections and how the Special Secret to Happiness is wanting what We get, and how Important it is to be a Yardstick of Quality to inspire Lifestyles of Excellence around Us ;0) Keep up the Good Vibes and Artfully Nourishing Medicine!!

Shady business and does not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service and work ethic I've seen in a long time. I ordered a couple pizzas and was waiting way to long because normally they come out quick. When I looked by the oven the pizzas were smoking and completely black. They completely burnt both of them because they were not paying attention and seemed like they were all high. The supposed manager on duty was no help and had very horrible customer service skills. And when they noticed that the pizzas were burnt, they all ran in the back and couldn't be found for a couple minutes. Maybe because they were embarrassed or maybe they were so high they didn't know what to do. They came back eventually after I was awkwardly waiting several minutes and remade the pizzas but one of them were also burnt. And they didn't care to help us or make another one for us or offer a refund. Jonathan Michael and Marcus where the ones in the store and they were extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping or solving the issue, they continued to argue and say I'm wrong and that they can't make another one or offer a refund. I left the burnt inedible pizza on the counter and they threw it away. So I’m out of my money and a pizza. Even though I paid for it. Their receipt machine also didn't work so they didn't give me a receipt. They said they don’t have straws or lids for the cups. Kitchen area was filthy. Also it says cash only on the door but when I used my card it worked perfectly fine. Just an overall shady and unprofessional experience. Never in a million years would I think a professional establishment like this would treat their customers so horribly and steal from them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! - Me and my mother had come here to eat after a long day and when we went into the place, there was only one person in front of us. Taking them 10 minutes to finish their order and even start ours. They were working very slow and their attitudes were not of restaurant quality as it seemed like they had better thing to do. The servers name from the receipt was kiki s. I would recommend looking into this server to make sure they are doing their job right. Pizza was ok, little pulled apart in the box but my is it greasy, im assuming they try and get you full off grease because of how thin it is. Hopefully they can improve this restaurant sometime.

i'm honestly so sad i ordered my pizza at 10pm said it would be ready in 15 min. went to pick up my order they gave me the wrong one. was already home, drove back. went back home assuming i had the mf right pizza, it's not. went a third time there to get my pizza like that's unheard of. On top of that I work two jobs, just got off my second, have to get up at 5am i don't have the time, i'm surprised you guys do. get it together

Very disappointed with their customer service as there was none... Took my son for his first time and after waiting patiently for 5 minutes I was never greeted or acknowledged. Mind you they were not busy and there were 4 employees and not one could say they'd be with us shortly otherwise I would have had no problem waiting. One employee was checking out the only customer they had and another was working on a phone order in front of us and could not give us any acknowledgement what so ever and the other two were available to help. I will not return due to poor customer... I do not recommend it... Spend your money where you're appreciated.

Would give zero stars if I could after this whole experience. *I don't have the original check number for my initial purchase/order because it was never given back to me after the whole experience. I'm so disappointed and won't return to this location. This was my first experience with Pieology and it was ridiculous. The person who initially helped us with our order in store was B*****N. I'm just trying to give constructive feedback and not disrespect or blast by name dropping. We were the only customers there when ordering yet waited for about a half hour before finally receiving our food which was a headache in itself. We watched the girl working with B*****N take the pizzas out of the oven and set them on the counter and they sat there while she tended to the others and didn't even cut or close them up. They sat there for about 10 minutes after taking them out before I finally said something. I told the other worker they were ours and she gave me attitude and asked B*****N if this was true and he said they were online orders even though we watched him, with our own eyes, place our pizzas in the oven. While sitting there waiting we watched a family of 4 get their pizzas before ours while ours continued to sit open on the counter. When we finally got our order, THE SAME pizzas I told her were ours and sat there for probably a total of almost 20 minutes, we weren't even offered an apology and received the coldest shoulder. Almost as cold as our pizzas were when I checked them after getting in the car! I came back in with them and asked for a refund for the pizza, not the drinks or cookie we also ordered, and the girl called the manager on speakerphone and the manager seemed annoyed and didn't want to refund me at first and only wanted to reheat the pizza or offer something else for free. I didn't want the pizza reheated because the edges were already burnt and overcooked. The girl confirmed with the manager that the pizzas were cold and that I wanted a refund and asked for my receipt to process it. HOWEVER, she didn't refund the two pizzas which I had requested! Instead she refunded the cookie, the cheese bread and the drinks which equaled to LESS than we paid for the pizzas! She never gave me my original receipt back and I didn't realize the half a$$ refund until after I got home and wasn't going to turn around to dispute it and decided to reach out to corporate instead. Also I would like to add that B*****N was very sloppy, not friendly and had baggy pants on hanging below his butt with his grey underwear being exposed. Pretty sure he was either sleep deprived or under the influence of something. Whatever it was, when the girl was asking him about stuff it obviously was not computing. Such a horrible experience and will not return to this location.

Pretty clean. Nice music. Kitchen seems neat and organized. All.the staff are working and flowing well together. I do wish they had multiple people prepping Pizzas. There is a long line and out of 5 people only one is prepping and while he is nice he is very very slow. It's a bit warm inside since the building is all open windows. I feel bad for the staff they are probably so hot!!! I always write my review during my experience so I am happy to add that the young blonde in a blue shirt jumped on the line to help. I believe she is a manager, so good for her for stepping in. We'll Michael I'm sorry bud, I am assuming you are new. You are so kind! Very nice! But... pick up the pace. There is so much confusion with the staff as to who's pizza is who's. My pizza was delicious, if they can keep it cool inside I'll return.
