Some folks have reported Taishow has closed. I was able to call and was told they were only renovating the kitchen and expect to open tomorrow (08/10/21) at 5 pm. Great place, great food, very happy to hear they are open still!
The food here is wonderful. The sushi rice is cooked perfectly and has the right amount of vinegar. The eel was cut perfectly on the roll and the sauce on top of it was just excellent. The Escolar Sushi was something I never have before because of the additional sauce the chef put on it which made it taste really great. The food tasted fresh and it was at the right temperature. I place the order for takeout and it took about 20 minutes which was pretty quick considering the quality...read full review

Steve has Retired, New owners at restaurant, food is great, try it, I was a Steve follower for 30 yrs, made lots of boats and sake boxes for Steve, he will be missed, a retirement well deserved, Congrats Steve, you made a lot of people happy with your sushi dishes, I have to find me a new sushi chef, I know it's not going to be easy.
