Whenever I ordered seafood and chicken katsu meal they always never include the tartar sauce and katsu sauce. I grubhub this order so its annoying that we are require to ask them in person. I always made a note to include to include the sauce but the never do. I'm always stuck with dry chicken and no sauce.Lesson learn. Not going to eat at any aloha hawaiian BBQ chain again. It's like that with the other chain stores.

Got recommended this spot years ago and I've kept coming back only because its fast, cinsistent, and delicious. I've been stuck on the chicken plate as its always juicy and tender-- but everything is pretty great. Plus there's like a 8.99 broccoli protein bowl-- hard to find lunch under $10 thats this good.

The portions for the price is crazy!!! Never in my experience going to a Hawaiian bbq have i gotten a smaller portion!! Never again this place is the worst! don’t go if you want to spend $18 bucks just to get a piece of chicken and meat.!

The chicken was a little undercooked, I used to be a be a big fan of this chain,I remember before covid they used to give you a lot of food I always got the Hawaiian bbq mix but yesterday when i went it's was barely one spare rib 2, pieces of beef and one whole leg and thigh
Ordered ahead for pickup and only waited 3 minutes during lunch hour. Food was good. Will come again.

The food is always hot when ordered. The cook is very nice and kind. The cashier is so sweet. ambiance overall is mom's home for sure. Tried the #1 taste amazing , coming more often to try all the choices.
Asian Cashier lady was so rude. She had horrible attitude and did not want to give me my order after I showed her my receipt. She needs people skills and some reading glasses. Horrible attitude.

Was in town and before leaving, came to check out this spot as we were craving for some local food. Dined in and yes, the food satisfied our cravings. Loved their beef plate and the mac salad was on point. Service was great as they were patient in taking our orders as we couldn't make up our minds on what we wanted. Greeted us with a friendly smile! Will come back again when we are in town.

I'm so mad at this place we spent $52 and our 2 Hawaiian mixes were so empty I got one little lice of meat one little short rib and cold messed up chicken Katsura and the same for my husband except he got grilled chicken .. I'm so mad and all they said to do was go back n maybe ask if they can fill up the plate. Nothing like the pictures are advertised and I never write reviews .. they hardly even gave cabbage. Zero stars

Honestly don't get the low rating.Ordered pick up, all was ready timely and the service was lovely. There was also quite a bit of orders ready for pickup so, definitely application spot!I was impressed by the price and the quality if food, such a great value. Hits the spot when you're seeking some solid and delicious soul fulfilling food with no frills.Ordered the chicken with rice and macaroni salad. I'll be back to try more!

This establishment has some professional, world-class cooks. Meats taste like prime cuts. Macaroni salad is hearty. Serving sizes are immense, and the price is fair. This is the kind of place you want to go for quality food. Excellent menu all around!
