I've gone here many times before without an issue but just got my usual drink and not only was it not blended whatsoever, when I drank it it tasted so un fresh and old/moldy that (TMI) I threw up while driving. Cant wait to clean it up. I think that might've ruined Jamba Juice for me.

Place was nice. The staff are always newer people that are either in college or high school. Shift leads help guide them. Ordered the 5$ special today the orange dream machine which tasted like old school orange

I just want to shout out the team & Max today. The shop was clean, not much of a line, everything was well organized & it has been the best I have seen this location in a long time. Today was a "Murphy's Law" kind of day in so many ways. When I walked in the team was great. Especially Max, thank you for the fast & compassionate service, in the grand scheme of things anyone could say it wasn't a big deal, but your kindness & this perfectly made smoothie really changed the rest of the day for us. Thank you for being you.

I stop by this location on my way to work several times a week and Max has always been so kind and helpful to me. He has an amazing attitude and I look forward to our brief chats while I wait for my smoothie which always ends up being perfect! Thanks Max and Jamba!

I picked up a fresh açaí juice here today. Max took my order and was helpful and courteous, and make many knowledgeable recommendations. My drink was amazing. I could tell Skylar made it with care. Store was bright and welcoming. Thanks Jamba Juice! I'll be back.

While my wife and I were the only ones in the establishment, the employee there was in absolutely no rush to serve us until she was done doing some things in the back. No, "Sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in a bit," or anything. It was just kind of...a bummer way to start things off. What could have been a 5 minute in-and-out experience turned into a 10-15 minute wait. I guess this Jamba location is in no need of business--they have things locked in financially. While we waited, another employee strolled into the store, probably after their break, and just kind of made their way to the back--zero acknowledgment. When the 16oz smoothie and the 24oz medium smoothie came out the 24oz smoothie cup looked quite different, and almost the same size as the small smoothie. It was a slender paper cup with wax interior, much like what you would get at McDonald's or something. To test our "shrinkflation" theory out, we went home and found that the 24oz cup was in fact 22oz. 2oz lost. Oh well. But I bet they will rack in some good savings if after every 12 smoothies they sell they get the equivalent of one smoothie back. I used to really like Jamba (formerly Jamba Juice). ***IF*** I go back, it will definitely be a different location. Step it up, people. Management presence is really important. Customer service needs to be at top of mind. Smoothie cups should be audited.

if your customer orders a sandwich and you have a line, put the sandwich in the stove first, so it can cook while you take care of the line. Don't do the sandwich after the line so your customer ends up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a single sandwich. I shouldn't have to wait for the line to die down and then for you to take care of the sandwich. That's not customer service. That's miss management of your time and other peoples time. This restaurant gets zero stars. If I could give it zero stars. not to mention, you charge five dollars for a sandwich. That is the size of a toddlers hand, yes, a toddlers hand. Not to mention the sandwich is overcooked which means that you left your stove on to high. You're supposed to warm the sandwich that's already prepackaged, cold, not burn it to a crisp. Did they teach you guys anything about how to run a café?

This location and multiple locations in Orange County say they close at 8pm but I have been 6-7times recently and they always have a sign on the door that says they close at 6pm.

There are some young men that work in there .one of them is a manager or claims to be.I actually saw him spit in someone's food and serve it to them while the other guy and him started laughing as the customer took at bite. I attempted to say something to the customer . (I believe they said something because the guy didn't have changed to tip.)Needless to say I haven't ordered from there again.I just had a friend who ordered there and saw them spit in his Açai bowl. What is this hiring ?19-year-old immature boys to run a business. How many people have they done this to. (Over a tip )This is why I would not recommend Jamba Juice at this location.at the triangle Square location.
