I ordered the big dinner box for a party and thought the food was moderate. Good: 1. Lots of food in the big box, with a party of 4 we got through half of the items! Bad: 1. Even though we requested a crust flavor in the online order system though pizza hut's website, neither of the pizzas came with them (they were plain). 2. You have to request crushed red pepper when you order, they don't give packets! 3. Toppings were pretty minimal for some reason, they were pretty strict...read full review

Pizza Hut is not my favorite pizza but the kids like it, the lady on the phone was nice and the delivery guy showed up on time. I personally thought the pizza sucked, especially compared to all the other pizza places in the Costa Mesa area. The kids live the Pizza Hut bread sticks and I have to admit they are really good. So said a different way, the service is good, the pizza sucks and the bread sticks are the bomb!!

Came here very hungry, we got the pizza and it wasn't how we wanted it (we didn't order the right one) I came back in and they were so nice and immediately made us a new one, they let me have a slice of the old one because I couldn't wait any longer lol! Forgot to ask for ranch and they gave us one free, definitely a great experience here. If you order Pizza Hut, get it here! Big thanks to Diana and Megan! Hope their manager sees this and gives them a bonus!
