Wife and I come to this location often because we get discount coupons in the mail. Being told we are unable to use them here now for the same subways sandwiches we used them for last week. Juan claims it's the owner making that decision. Service has dropped here and we will no longer be coming in.

If I could I'd give this subway negative stars. I don't know if they just don't care or if they don't train their employees. I've given them multiple chances and every single time I'm disappointed. Today was the final straw. I ordered online and had my fiancée go pick it up on his way home from work. It was set to be ready by 4 o'clock. He ended up getting off a little late and got there around 4:15. They haven't even started making it. Another time I ordered a turkey avocado bacon sandwich and the guy yelled at me telling me I owed more money for the avocado that was included in the sandwich I ordered. It's ridiculous how slow and untrained they are. I'm done with them. They don't deserve my money.

Traveling again as we always are, so new to this location. I downloaded the app and signed up for their offers and discounts. Got a deal for BOGO 50% off 2nd 1footlong sandwich. I ordered the Supreme Meats Pro footlong and my partner got the footlong BMT Classic. 1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos and 1 bag Lays ORIGINAL potato chips.The app just keep saying that a deal had already been applied, there wasn't, so it could not combine it. I redid the entire order and same thing.The app did say this location does curbside so I requested it.Being 2 minutes to the location, I waited for the app to say the order was ready and headed out.Pulled up and clicked I'm here. The girl hesitantly came out after talking to some people at a table. When she gave me my food, she said that her boss just told her to tell me that they don't do curbside. I explained it was on the app which is why I ordered it that way. She repeated no curbside and said that her boss wanted to make sure this was the last time they would bring food out to me. To me? I've never been here so last time...? Odd. And why did her boss want to make sure that, I, understood? Fine, no curbside. No BOGO.Now the food. The first thing we both noticed was our bread was crumbly and tasted old. NEVER had bad bread from a Subway. It's baked fresh. These had to be left overs from days past. Huge disappointment. She, my partner, said her BMT was ok but never had one that was just ok. My Supreme Meats Pro... stale bread, huge jalapeño stem in the sandwich which I about chocked on... oh yeah... and a big hair in my sandwich that I pulled out of my mouth. Not happy.I'm not a fan of baked chips but that's what I got despite ordering the Classic Lays.I will not return to this location again and I recommend finding a different location... they are all over, take the 5 minute extra drive.. or a different place nearby.HUGE FAIL.

Eat freshhhhh I love me some subway. That veggie deliver sandwich and veggie patty salad. Yum!! Today I was craving a salad instead of a sandwich. So I ordered online for pickup. My order was ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the cashier asked if I wanted croutons. How could I forget to put that on my order? Lol I did the deluxe veggie patty salad. The deluxe just means a bigger veggie patty. And it makes the salad more filling. It was warmed up and really good. The veggies tasted fine. I added avocado on top and it was delish! :)

I ordered two kinds of sauce, but the delivery man told me that there was no one of them, bbbq sauce. But when I received the sandwich, there was no sauce at all. It didn't even contain avocados that paid extra. I can't eat a sandwich because I don't have any sauce. Please give me a full refund.

Was just here. 2PM Thursday 1/12/23. The single employee in the subway was excellent in service, multi tasking, and attitude. I wanted to leave this review because of the bad reviews left. The bread was very fresh also.

The bread is stale. I had it toasted. Took it home ( 5 min ) and the bread is hard and chewy. I guess they don't throw out old bread. Disappointed

They actually let me in and made me a sandwich even though they were closing up. I was gonna leave because I was the only person there. They offered to make me a sandwich anyway. I am a Lyft ride share driver and nothing else but bars were open. This particular Subway had a single employee working by himself.He was awesome. I was hungry. He got a huge tip.

On 8/15/2022 I purchased two foot long chicken and ranch sandwiches from this store, while consuming one of the sandwiches I bit into a large piece of broken glass. I called the shop and told them they should check their ingredients so other people don't get hurt, her response was that I was lying. don't go here they are dangerous I am going to report them to the health department.

Come here all the time because we live close by but the customer service is terrible. One of the experiences was a few weeks ago in the morning. The sign says they open at 7 Am so I showed up at 715 before a field trip my kids have for summer camp to get the lunches. We planned this the night before. We walked in the AM the man working said we are closed, that's it. I said the sign says you open at 7am plus the sign was on and he said we are closed for construction. I was confused because I have seen the hours before that said they were open At 7. If you are " closed for construction " maybe don't have a open sign but one that says closed to let customers know. It was extremely inconvenient to have to find another place to go at 7:15 am before a field trip. Then a few weeks after that we walked in where no greeted us and stood there for 5 mins plus while one guy made bread not even acknowledging customers waiting for service. The other was making sandwiches (not sure for what? Online order? but never said a word until they were done). Plus we were the only customers there. Not a, Hello, " I will be right with you" Thank you for your patience- nothing. Two younger guys were working at the time. I've have been in the customer service industry for 20 years and would never treat customers like this. It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful in general. You take care of the customer first and back to duties after, not here I guess? Unfortunately for us my kids love Subway and there's no other locations near us otherwise we would go somewhere else. Management is clearly not training on customer service and greeting. We needed 6 sandwiches and had one person serving us while the other said he needed to prepare the bread first. I asked not to be rude but I was frustrated watching him make bread while the one worker was now helping us and having one guy make 6 sandwiches when the other one should have been helping. He fixed up about 3 trays while we stood there watching one worker make one sandwich while the other guy made bread to put in the oven. Not very efficient and pretty rude to be honest. Super disappointed with the experience and lack willingness to please the customer and make sure the guest is the priority.

one of the most ghetto ratchet subway i've ever seen. how come subway corporate can't help them out and at least give some legal sheet rock? it looks like compton here in the most prestigious neighborhood in Orange County, just saying!
