Burgers and green beans were OK, not delicious. We have been to the Habit in Santa Barbara and the burgers and cauliflower were amazing. Today, no dipping sauce with the tempura green beans. We asked for burgers well done but they weren't. No crispy fried edges. Grilled onions were barely fried (technically not raw but meh). Employees were the best part of our experience. Very helpful.

I ordered dinner through the app tonight. I didn't receive one of the large drinks and there was no cheese on our burgers. I tried to contact DoorDash about the issue, but they told me to report it through the restaurant. However the app doesn't have a way to report or correct orders, so we're just out money apparently.

I am not happy had friends out town we order from u and family pick up and the cups empty in the bag. Didn't fill up drinks and gave us Attitude. I'm very disappointed with no napkins. i had 4 burgers, 1 sandwiches, 3 kids' meals 4 drinks. Thank you

The team was very efficient and friendly. They forgot my bacon on my burger but mistakes happen... They also deliver and it is so smooth and easy to do so. This is our go to for our burgers. ?Almost forgot, their ranch is the BEST!!!!!

I just got home to find my burger had NONE of the stuff i asked for and ADDED things i didn't ask for when ordering online. asked for: extra grilled onion extra pickles ketchup mustard no mayo no tomato what i got: light grilled onion no ketchup no mustard no lettuce no pickles AND MAYO THAT I DIDNT WANT the only things they got right were no tomato and using the impossible patty. i also didn't receive the ketchup or napkins i asked for, and the employee who handed me my bag was gunna forget my 2 drinks until i said something. why have customization for online orders if you're not even gunna pay attention to the ticket? i don't appreciate this at all

I don't even know what this is, but it's hard as a rock and it was in my burger. I felt it while biting down. This was disgusting and I could have chipped a tooth. I couldn't even finish my food. Update: they told me that it's normal to find a hard rock like thing in the meat.
