Extremely unprofessional staff. They seemed like 2 teenaged boys bantering with each other and ignoring customers to talk with their friends who would just walk in and up to the counter. Every request was the most inconvenient thing to them. Every part of my sandwich had been clumsily made, bread falling apart, lettuce brown, slimy, and wilted. Some produce was covered in ice in the bins. Terrible service and terrible quality. And I've gone back many times and tried to get a better impression, but it was the same story.

Right on 101 north east side of town, convenient, clean, and helpful. Busy everything I have been there. They do have some indoor dining room.

Mom and I used to eat here a couple times a week until new owners took over and they don't give any discounts. I used to be able to use expired coupons which was nice on the pocketbook. They don't take any coupons at all anymore. It seems the new owner is only worried about making money and doesn't seem to care about the community. We don't eat there near as often as we use to.

Pass ,I saw the sub master deconstruct a customers sub (that customer walked out), returning the ingredients into its containers.

The service was kind of slow but I think that was only because the worker was new and took a while to make my sandwich, but I wasn’t in a hurry and it was completely ok. The sun turned out amazing as always!

Our online order with 3 sandwiches was all messed up! I ordered a BLT and it came with only bacon and mayonnaise! Really?! We found my lettuce and tomatoes on my son's sandwich that was ordered with meat and cheese only! My wife's meatball sub was refrigerator-cold!!As bad as this store is, however, I can gladly recommend the Subway located in Walmart. The women there always have things under control and the sandwiches have always been good!
