This pollo loco is a joke employees have no customer service are rude lazy and have their bitch face on I ordered two drinks a kids meal a burrito and a taco lady gave me one drink I asked where my other one is she said I didn't order it I showed her the receipt she then proceeded to give me a drink that looked like sprite but had no flavor or carbonation I should've thrown it at her face but I was on my way to work never again am I going to get food from there

The chicken is very flavorful, I would said this was my favorite pollo loco , but every time I want to buy a meal or a family meal they refuse to give ur meals with the chicken breast , I don 't understand why If I automatically know I am paying extra for it, not coming back
