The food was very good, the ribs were a bit salty, the service was very bad, we sat outside for half an hour without a waiter to order for us, and finally the waiter took our order for us. I'm sad, I don't want to come back, it was a bad experience.

It is the staff at Pacific Catch Cupertino that really makes dining there such a treat. It's like having drinks and dinner at a Friend's house only they cook you whatever you want. Galinda continues to be the most wonderful person. Oh yeah, great drinks, great food and if you are not doing the rewards program you are crazy!

Came here on a holiday with a large party of 9. Our server, Armen, was very attentive and helpful throughout our meal. We got the sticky ribs appetizer, poke lunch special (extra protein), cod lunch special (extra protein), cod sandwich, green curry salmon, kids fish n chips, and kids teriyaki shrimp. The portion sizes were very generous and we all enjoyed the food and atmosphere!Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu

Pleasant wait staff, and good atmosphere. Food was good, and while my wife's salad dressing wasn't up to par, the manager did came out after our comment and comped the salad and gave us appetizer gift certificates for use in the future – a very nice gesture.

The food was good, the service was fair. Server was disorganized and inattentive. There were two staff who appeared to be “managers” who stood around the entire time and did nothing but chat with each other. They could have been helpful by checking in or filling waters, etc. They did not notice that there was a large gap in time between being seated and ordering.

I was in town from Dallas looking for dinner near my hotel, and decided to give it a try because it had decent reviews and good energy when I walked in. The place was popping but I was seated immediately. I offered that it was my first time at PC and let a cute waitress convince me to have the BBQ at a fish place. She said it was her favorite… when I bit into it, I remembered why you don’t order BBQ from a place without smoke. It wasn’t horrible and I was hungry but a far cry from the smoke palaces back home. Gotta believe that the fish is better…

We were pointed to go to our table and sat there for 20 minutes. The waiter did not come back and so we left. Absolutely terrible service. There's a reason why you can always get reservations here on a Friday night while all the restaurants have 20-30 min wait times. It's unfortunate.
