Really nice Philz in terms of layout and setting. Can be very busy so can take a while to get a coffee, so factor that in if your trying to just get a quick cup and go. Staff very courteous and attentive.

The cashier took a long conversation break with another person working there between taking the order of the person in front of me and my order even though I had been standing in line the whole time. The coffee was great as usual but maybe the cashiers shouldn't ignore people in line while they chat.

The service and the staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient.The coffee offered are a different concept though than traditional coffee shops. They have their own take and specific types of coffee beverages with their own blend and prep. Nothing against the concept in particular, it is just not for me.
