Pretty good shaved ice! It's very refreshing and isn't overly sweet. The inside has always been clean and not too crowded when I've come here. I don't really like taro flavored things, but their taro shaved ice has surprisingly been my favorite. Portions are also good and definitely sharing size.

I've tried sul & beans twice now and it's above average bingsoo. The mangoes are consistently sweet and ripe and there's a good amount of mango jelly. The shaved cream is not as fine as I've tried elsewhere, but it's decent. I always ask for an extra side of condensed milk but it's too watered down. I wish the condensed milk and shaved cream was softer, creamier, and richer.

One of my favorite shaved ice places to go to in the South Bay! The shaved ice bowls are HUGE and filling. My personal flavor is the strawberry one, since the mountain of shaved ice is just covered with strawberry slices and drizzled with condensed milk. It's soooo satisfying! I have also tried mango and matcha, and they're both great flavors too. On a warm day, this place gets PACKED with people looking to treat themselves to a cold treat. Can't go wrong with this place. When I'm in the area, I try to come here. I'm such a sucker for shaved ice.

Tried the Choux cream toast which was perfectly toasted. The choux cream was lightly sweet. I wish I had asked to drizzle some sweet cream to make the roast a bit sweeter. Tried the strawberry bigsoo which was ok; could use more strawberry sauce. The Matcha Latte has full on matcha flavor with some bitter aftertaste. They cannot adjust the sweetness but it's on the lesser side of sweet so it's ok. You can make it sweeter by adding more sugar which is available to customers in little packets. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice staff and quick service.

this has been my og spot to get korean shaved iced whenever i'm craving and i think i might still prefer this spot over sulbing that opened up recently.our favorite to get here is their strawberry cheesecake. we always order it with extra condensed milk bc we have a sweet tooth, but the cheesecake bites is literally what makes this one taste so good. it's very creamy and the shaved ice just kinda melts in your mouth along with the condensed milk drizzle.i've also tried their strawberry milk here and it's pretty good too! not too sweet and the strawberry puree tastes fresh.service is pretty quick! friday & saturday nights are definitely their busiest nights, but they work quick. we've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for our order. lots of seating, but fills up quickly during busy times. i love that they can also package it for you to-go if you wanted to take it home. it comes in a really nice sealable bag with an ice pack, so everything doesn't melt on your drive home.

Choux cream toast was perfectly toasted. Bread was soft on the inside and lightly toasted on the outside. Choux cream was not overly sweet but I wish I had asked to add a drizzle of condensed milk to give it another layer of creamy rich flavor. The strawberry bingsoo was ok, could have used more sweetness. The Matcha latte has full on matcha flavor with some bitterness aftertaste; creamy drink. They can't adjust the sweetness on the latte but was ok because it was not too sweet. Love the bright open dining area with tree in the middle. Has a relaxed atmosphere and vibe. Will definitely try the other toast next time I'm in the area.

5⭐! Sul & Beans is a culinary gem in the Bay Area, and their delectable Mango Bingsoo stands out as a captivating masterpiece. Nearly securing the title of the second-best in the region, each spoonful unveils a delightful symphony of textures and flavors. The shaved ice is a canvas for the lush mango goodness, creating a refreshing harmony that lingers on the taste buds. Sul & Beans has mastered the art of frozen indulgence, making it a must-visit for those seeking a taste of perfection in every spoonful.

A friend recommended this place to me and I always saw it on my Instagram feed, so I decided to give it a try! My friend recommended that I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo and I enjoyed it! I don't think that it's the best dessert I tried since i think there's better pieces, but the cheesecake bits complimented the strawberries! They even give complimentary condensed milk if you ask for it. The place is pretty chill, it's located in Main Street Cupertino so there's other food places to check out too. However, it could be a little hard to find because it's blended in with the other buildings.
I tried the Strawberry Bingsoo at Sul & Beans, and I had high expectations, especially given the great reviews I had heard about Sul & Beans. However, compared to Mandro's Teahouse, Sul & Beans fell short of my expectations. When I arrived, the place was bustling with customers, which is a positive sign of popularity, but it seemed that the restaurant wasn't adequately equipped to accommodate. The scarcity of seating options meant that I had to wait for an available table.Strawberry Bingsoo - The shaved ice texture was a bit coarse and didn't have the fluffy consistency that I've come to appreciate from other establishments. While Mandro's Teahouse has milky-flavored shaved ice, Sul & Beans seemed to be lacking that flavor. In addition, the portion sizes seemed smaller here. I wish that there were more fresh strawberries on top as well.Overall, I would recommend Mandro's over Sul & Beans. Not a bad establishment, but your Bingsoo experience would be better elsewhere.

Wanted something sweet after dinner so I decided to stop by. I've been here before for the bingsoo and it was great so we wanted to try one of the toasts this time. Choux Toast: 2/5Essentially 2 pieces of bread with cream filling, dusted with powdered sugar, and whip cream on top. Was disappointed to see how little cream there was in the center. It was almost as if there was none. Some pieces didn't even have cream between the toast. :( Tasted like straight bread. Not worth the price of $8.73Definitely disappointed in this visit as my previous visits for the bingsoo were great and delicious. Recommend trying out their bingsoo but not so sure about their toasts.

I ordered a green tea bingsoo. It's ok but not satisfied with the salty taste of red beans and mochi.

Great spot for bingsoo! Located in Main Street Cupertino and the plaza can get pretty crowded, so parking may be difficult. Lots of seating inside and super cute cafe decor. The portion sizes are pretty large, I split the earl grey bingsoo with another person and was more than satisfied. Very unique flavors, perfect amount of sweetness, and the sweet ice went really well with the more tart/almost cheesy tasting cream on top. The ice was extremely fluffy and soft, I would definitely order this again.Excellent service, will be back!

I had a very light lunch, came here to meet up with friends for dessert. It’s such a light and refreshing dessert. The mango is in season, that’s what I ordered. I ended up finishing the whole thing, I was worried that I couldn’t! Again, a light and refreshing choice.
