Food is average, but manager is very rude. Tables and utensils are dirty. Not coming back.

Came here for a late dim sum (1PM) on a Sunday. No wait for a party of 4 and had all the options still available. All my favorites were cooked well and came out fresh and fast. The restaurant is definitely outdated and cleanliness is okay. And the service was fast, barely any English but will still help you out swiftly.

Hidden place for decent real Canton food, not trying seafood, but trying some wok fried dishes, and try their "Nuo Mi Chicken" 糯米鸡

We stopped by recently after a visit in Colma. The good - reasonable to good quality dim sum. We ordered about a dozen items plus a chicken chow mein. Everything was good except for the chow mein and rice noodle crepes with bbq pork and corn. The chicken in the chow mein had that sitting too long in freezer funky taste. The beef and shrimp rice noodle crepes were both good and wanted to try the bbq pork/corn combo. Bad choice as the corn seemed to be from a can and added no flavor to the dish which was light on pork. Biggest downside is how dirty the place has gotten over the years. I don't live nearby but it has been a staple after cemetary visits and Fung Wong could really use a remodel/deep cleaning. So maybe 3-1/2 stars for the food, rounded down for lack of cleaniness.

This used to be our family's favorite restaurant because its exactly in the middle of San Francisco and Pacifica. (Easy for my relatives to meet me half way.) But 2 months ago, we ordered a dish of Chinese brockley. The dish of brockley was full of white bugs. I think they are termites. I mean the dish was full of them. Hundreds of them. We immediately told the waitor about it. The manager came, and he took the dish away. And he siad "OK, we will not charge you money for this dish." This is funny. first of all, nobody ate anything out of this dish. And he took it away. Of course he cannot charge us money for it. I heard that many restaurants don't wash their vegetables. This is why things like this does happen. But who ever cooked this must be blind. The whole dish is full of termites and the cook simply don't see it. After this incident, we don't come here anymore. I give it a 2 star because it was once my family's favorite spot due to convenience.

4 stars for food, 2 stars for hygiene... The floors, carpet, the walls and the toilet are quite dirty. People can tell because of the old nasty stains. I like the food but I don't like dirty places

Small portions. They give you tea but there is a charge for it. No fortune cookie at end of meal. No condiments on the table.

4.5 stars actually. Great place for dim sum especially of koi palace is too busy. The dumplings skins have great texture.Menu is smaller than I would like though and service was slow.
