Service was so slow because there was literally only 2 people it's completely understaffed we waiting 27 minutes to get our order taken and 62 minutes to get our 2 mango agogo and tomato twist

Depends who's working. No one has customer service skills anymore. No one greets when you walk in through the door.if your busy. At least say "I'll be with you shortly" but nothing. Just silence. And then they come up with an attitude like you've interrupted there day.

This is by far the worst location i have ever been to. Customer service is atrocious, after waiting for 5 minutes just to be acknowledged I was told to come back in 20 or 30 minutes because they had too many online orders. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if at all possible!

Always such terrible service when I visit. No one ever greets you walking in. They take forever to take your order. The food is always overcooked. They always pronounce my name wrong. Someone helped take my order and walked away as I was using my app for rewards, before i could even pay, he walked away. Someone else walked up several mins later asking what i wanted to order and i expressed i just needed to pay. She was very helpful but pronounced my very easy name wrong but her customer service was great and quick.

Great service, especially from Delia who was kind and patient enough to help me figure out the 6 gift cards I'd had piling up for the past several years. Yes, it's expensive for a smoothie and more expensive than it used to be, but you know what you're getting into. The store is nice and clean, though additional tables and chairs would be nice.

The juice was good as usual but their printer was down so they lost my order and had to wait an extra 10 minutes before it came out.
I can't believe how expensive Jamba juice drinks are. We will only go if we have gift cards and there are promotions running. It makes no sense that a large would cost around $9. You're better off buying a watermelon, grapes, raspberry sherbet, strawberries and pineapples to make your own pitcher of watermelon breeze.
