The older man working there was so nice in the past but is becoming angrier every time I come in. He didn't like it when I didn't answer him right away in an almost military fashion and was very rude. Maybe it is time to retire Mr.

I ordered ahead using the app and included "special instructions" in the app as well. The manager arrived with my meal, but I realized he didn't read the instructions mentioned so I went inside to take care of it. Normally, I would have picked up myself, but we had our dog in the car and I didn't want to leave my family member and dog unattended. I should have checked my order right away.
