I wanted to enjoy a meal. I was met with a rude person asking ,"Do you have a reservation?" The restaurant had five tables it was empty. She proceeded to tell me to wait in the bar. The bartender never welcomed us or offered a drink. We left.

Not so elegant food was bull. We went in on a Friday night at approximately 8:00 p.m. we were told that they were closing at 9:00 p.m. and we felt like we were being rushed because they wanted to get out of there. We ordered two prime rib dinners and the escargot for an appetizer. When the s car go arrived we were excited because we had heard so many great things about the restaurant. The meal started out good and the escargot was absolutely delicious it was served in a dipping sauce with bread and we ate every last drop. Next we were served salad but we're a little disappointed because the lettuce looked old. We picked through our salads and stopped eating them once the soup arrived. They served us cioppino. Which honestly was disappointing. Cioppino is one of my favorite soups. But this cioppino seemed like it had been on the heating pad for too long. It was served with a small solid shrimps that were like rubber. We took one or two bites and decided not to finish the soup. We ordered our prime rib dinner to be cooked medium rare and a baked potato as a side. When we were served our food it was definitely overcooked. The prime rib was cooked more like a steak. In my opinion a prime rib should melt in your mouth. We were actually having to chew to get through the steak. The waitress who was training because it was her first night was very kind. She was trying really hard to do a good job. She offered the box up our food for us and we went home. After thinking about the meal we decided to call the restaurant the next day and let them know that we were disappointed with our food. After all when you spend $160 on a dinner for two people it should be edible. The waitress remembered us and offered to replace our meals. so we decided to go back the following week and give them another chance. When we went in we ordered the potato skins with linguica. The potatoes were extremely dry. They were served with cheese and linguisa only. They could have used some sour cream or something to help with the dryness of the potato. I ordered a lobster thermador and my boyfriend ordered the halibut. The lobster thermidor was extremely overcooked. Lobster is one of my favorite meals and this was rubbery which was a huge disappointment. The fish was also overcooked and very hard. Neither of us finished our meals again. I don't mind paying a good price for a good meal. But it really irks me to pay a good price for overcooked and poor quality food. I don't know if they were just having an off couple of weeks. But it's definitely not worth the price. I appreciate the wait staff but they need to get the cook a thermometer or some more training. The waitress did admit to me that she knew that our steaks were overcooked the first time we came in but she didn't want to say anything. I like to keep my money local. But in this area if I'm going to go for a prime rib dinner I'll definitely go back to Texas Roadhouse in the future.

209s best steakhouse for a reason. Not only was the food amazing, the bartender was very attentive. There is a nice back patio with a fire pit. Definitely would recommend.

This staple of a restaurant has been here for over 20+ years. It's a holebin the wall place but it deserves your company. It's has a really weird layout. There are multiple rooms to dine in, and there are all draped with white tablecloths and attend with servers all in black. We asked to sit in the bar as we did not have a reservation. The bar area was super small, but "Misty" was spot on! She greeted us immediately, walking in and said we could sit where we like. As we looked over the menu, Misty got us our drinks. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered a hot bread loaf as an app (DELICIOUS). All entries come with soup, salad and Bread. One of my quest ordered the fish n chips (people rant and rave about) they were decent, not great but not bad. The Ribeye had great flavor and was cooked perfectly, baked potato seemed as it has been there quite awhile, not very fresh or good, Veggies on all plates were ok, nothing spectacular or flavorful, Salad was served cold ( Great) soup was hot and tasty. The overall experience was good, Misty the server was one of the best I've ever had at restaurants, just some parts of the food experience wasn't the "5" I would have given, but if you are passing by, this is a must try, literally right off the 99 freeway....

I've lived in this small town and didn't know it existed till 2 years ago and finally decided to spurge this past Sunday. Our server was so kind and knowledgeable. It is pricy but I would say it's worth it!! The only thing I didn't personally enjoy were the beans. Want to come back during happy house to try more things on the menu that looked delicious!!

Had a truly great experience here. We had a gift card for this restaurant and decided to swing by. We made reservations the same day and to my understanding they greatly appreciate reservations. The service is excellent and the food tastes really good. They serve you a barbecue and bean soup as an appetizer with bread and butter. They brought us more bread too throughout the night. Then we had a salad I recommend the ranch as it is a homemade ranch. After that we got our plates and we were already so stuffed but the steak is so tender and the shell lobster was delicious and buttery. I would come here especially for a nice occasion if you'd like to splurge

Delhi's "hidden gem" small restaurant. Great food, not cheap but delicious in 2024.Somehow surviving crazy inflation, $20 minimum wages forced by Sacramento political mafia, and climate change ?

We went in here for our 12th anniversary last night. We've been going for years and It's always been great food. The service last night was nice as our waitress was very attentive and sweet. The atmosphere is always calm and peaceful. However the prices have seemed to doubled since we've been back. Overwhelmingly overpriced. Besides that, it was nice to enjoy a night out with a beautiful setting.

We went for our Company Cristmas dinner, we had 15 people. The service was perfect, the food was perfect, absolutely no complaints. We have been going 6 years now, and every time, it has been awesome. I love to bring new employees here to see their reaction to all the wonderful and plentiful food served here. Thanks again, Dan, Karen, Nayiree, Sharon, and Michelle, for another awesome Christmas dinner for our Company!
