Mikey answered our phone call to ask to speak to a manger when our pizza was delivered after 2 hours (an hour and fifteen minutes after when it was supposed to be here). It arrived cold. When he answered, he gave no indication of remorse and refused to tell us when the manager would be in, only said they weren’t there now. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years and understand some things are beyond store clerks control. Their attitude is not. Mikey’s attitude was unacceptable and now the final straw we’ve had with this franchise. Would not recommend this store, but I would recommend his firing:)

This location has a habit of hiring young high schoolers or fresh out of high schoolers who have no idea what they're doing and they have no one there to manage them. So many mistakes every single time! This time we ordered a pizza for delivery we were quoted 45 minutes. After an hour we called they said it was already on the way. We wait some more and call again. They said it just left. Here we are still waiting 2 hours later. We live 10 minutes from this place. There's no reason our pizza should not have arrived within an hour. We are literally trying to call them multiple times and they are now not picking up the phone at all. Where is our pizza? This is ridiculous. Round table you need to get your management to be more present this place should not be run by 16-18 year olds. It's unacceptable. And they are always out of something. Get your inventory under control. The pizza is already overpriced and then the bad service just makes it even more overpriced.

I was on hold for over 10 minutes trying to order a pizza. In the past, they have not had my order ready in the timeframe provided. They have also given me the wrong Pizza and we had to return to get the right one. I will probably not return.

I agree with another reviewer that this is the worst Round Table Pizza Restaurant out there. The price I was charged was different than what was on the menu and the girl tells me that they have an updated their prices. You can't do that you have to charge the price that's on the menu period Services bad as

Round table in Discovery Bay good but in my view no longer five stars When their manager who was fabulous left it changed ,she was so hands on , sorely missed. Excellence in management makes a key difference

This is the worst round table in history barely any time Are they available to deliver when you call them they can't answer simple questions about reward points or applying them to your account when they shut off online ordering through the app, you basically have to call them pay full price and you can't use your points because they don't know how to do it. This place is full of excuses and I'm so so shocked they're still in business.

It was very very bad experience. It was Friday and 6:50 PM. Most of the staff was out. Look like some school kids was only working. They have any manners how to greet customers. I was with my family. What ever they ordered they told me sorry we are out. Even I asked twist so we are out. I ask veggie gourmet with white sauce say sorry some veggies we are out. Seems to me may be they forgot to order there stuff or kids didn’t want work on Friday. I stayed 10 min no customers was there and pickups.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options

This is what I remember round table used to be like when I was a kid. Staff was great. Pizza was made right and ready when I got to the restaurant. Will definitely be ordering again from the Discovery Bay location.

I live near the Oakley round table location but come to Disco Bay because the pizza is better and the service is waaaay better. Employees always come to the table and check on us and are so willing to help out. The restaurant is kept clean too which should not even be an issue but Oakley can't keep the tables clean! This is the last honest Round Table pizza
Each time we come in the staff is always happy, service is great, and this is one of the last Round Table's that cooks a perfect pizza. If there is ever an issue they have always fixed without hesitation. We drive 15 miles out of the way to come this in particular.

I love Roundtable, I am a faithful, Roundtable customer, in every city I've ever lived in, but this location is a s*** show. These poor teenagers are all over the place. Nobody knows what they're doing. They take forever. Shitty customer service. They seriously need some management that is not a high score. Employ high schoolers, so I have nothing against them but you need to teach these kids how to do their job in order to run a business successfully. It's sad because they recently moved to the area and this is the closest round table.
