The restaurant is dirty and the parking situation is strange. I ordered a double jack clmbo advertised at $5.99, but was charged $8.78 after tax... The bathrooms were not clean and an employee has to buzz you in. The bathroom sinks don't work well, so I hope the employees have a better way of cleaning their hands when they make your food.The food was served hot and was prepared decently enough. My order was correct, albeit my order was the only one being prepped at the time. The soda fountain was broken, so the staff has to fill your drinks.I gave this experience 2 stars because the staff were attentive and friendly. Still, I don't think I will be back to this location unless the glaring mismanagement of the facility is fixed.

Not sure about atmosphere as i went through drive-thru. If you order the ultimate cheeseburgers make sure you tell them to go easy on the ketchup as i hate the fact that it seems they go a bit overboard on it. You cant enjoy the burger when theres ketchup getting on your face and litterally pouring out of the burger after every bite.

I went there last Friday and I watched the cook take fries that were already cooked and refry them. My egg rolls tasted old. This confirmed my suspicions that they are reheating old food. I am thinking of calling the health department. This is the the first time I have gone there in the past couple of months where my food does not taste fresh.

The older man that works around 3 o'clock in the morning is an absolute gem. Not only was my food, delicious and warm, it was also fast and excellent service. And overall feel like that man deserves the proper recognition. Whoever he is, I wanted to say thank you

I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for the past 4 days or even an email response after contacting them through the online form. I placed an online order last Friday and when I arrived to pick up the food the store was closed. The outside smelled like sewage and they refused to open the door to at least answer my question. I am waiting to be refunded and no one seems to be concerned. I would not trust anything coming out of this restaurant especially after the apparent sewage problem they had.

This concerns is for the restaurant on Imperial and Bellflower. I don't know where else to address this concern so all can view. For the past 2 days the employees of Kaiser Perm in Downey are going through a 3 day strike. I was seeing cars being towed from Jack in the box on Wednesday morning before 10am. I know the drive thru is busy at times and I'm sure some of these employees frequent Jack in the box on many occasions. Many of us rush through the drive through in the morning for breakfast sandwiches. Was it really necessary to have the car towed? How about putting a note on the car letting them know moving forward that they cannot park there? Just wanted to share my concern.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went at 9pm and the wait at the drive thru was ridiculous. There was one car in front of us and they took 10 minutes to take our order and the girl was so rude and had no customer service. I was at this location for an HOUR that is beyond ridiculous never coming back.

OH MY GOD! So slow at night. The girl taking orders was so rude. I asked for a ranch for my nuggets and I was told i had to pay for it. If I remember correctly nuggets come a sauce at no charge. I asked for light ice on my drink and i got no ice instead. How lovely, stay away from this place.

This is my local J.I.T.B. from home. It has its peeks of really long drive thru orders. The staff is always top notch and on point! Plus, food here is always good to me!

Dashers should be able to get there order at night through the drivethru even if there's a long line I don't see why we would have to get in line. Well the cashier was just petty enough not to hand me the order as if its illegal to do so lol somebody that's a cool people person would not be as petty as her rules lol I'm sure jack in the box don't have those rules or regulations that chick needs to get fired.

A quick drive-through for an early morning bite. At this particular Jack in the Box that early in the morning about 5:30 am there was just one guy working in there.. Grill and window.
