My order was given to someone else. Instead of expediting a new order I was told to either wait 45 to 50 min or get a refund. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the order and now I have to wait 45 more minutes. Don’t think so.

Their service is horrible they have a bunch of little kids who are more busy talking than actually working and paying attention I out in an order and they screwed it up fully I called over 20 times to only be hung up by the manger 4 times without even getting to talk to them spoke to a Sophia who is part of the call center and she said she couldn't give me any info on who was the manager for this location so very unprofessional I'll be paying a manager a visit tomorrow because now I'm stuck with an order that was incorrect and with no one willing to take responsibility for their mistake. Save your self some headaches and go down the street to domino's

Pizza was not fresh, warm and drying employee at front did not said a word, just stared at me, i engaged with him in order for me to place order.
I always come here with my daughter and wait for our order. Our pizza and wings are always good n hot . The workers there are nice n don't gv any attitude. I can appreciate that.

Bought a Deep Dish Pizza today March 21,2023, it was undercooked, doughy and the crust wasn't browned at all, it was a vanilla color,yuck!?

From the food to the customer service it was horrible! We ordered online but wanted our bread sticks a little lighter as we always ordered them with a large pizza every Friday.on the app it doesn't give you an option to have them lighter so we called the store and it's an answering service (people are taking your orders from home and delegating back to the store) so we tell them our issue and provide them with our order number and the lady transfers the call to the actual store. I proceed to tell the manager that we wanted our bread sticks lighter bc sometimes they will make them too hard for the kids. She says ok, so we proceeded to the store to pick up our order. Upon our arrival there's the assistant manager making pizzas in the back and the manager going on lunch we hang out for about five minutes or so and she comes to the counter I tell her my order number and she says she just pulled the bread out so it will be a few more minutes. She finally comes bk to the counter with our food and we leave. I get home serve my 1 & 5 year old children the middle of the pizza has NO CHEESE, completely dry & the breadsticks probably would have given me and my kids food poisoning!!!! Mind you I asked for light breadsticks not raw! I called to store being so disappointed and received excuse after excuse from the assistant (the one who made our food) here is a picture of the raw bread that I was supposed to feed my kids. I don't know who trains this staff but they need to get it together!

It sucks they don't take bills bigger than 20 dls when I spend almost 45 dls pay with a 50 dl bill and they say can't get paid come on you guys must change that stupid
