Online says there open till 9 got there at 730 and was told they where closing in 10 minutes

We ordered a Togo order over the phone. The woman who took our order was incredibly rude. Went to go pick up our pizza at the designated time. The woman at the front - who was the same woman on the phone - was even more “pleasant” in person. She didn’t greet us, took our receipt and slammed it onto the table and said “I’ll get your food in a second” and stormed off. Came back with our food, no thank you or have a goodnight. Told her thank you and we were told “yeah” and she walked away. Also overheard her on the phone with the same pleasantries. Pizza was very good, but service was AWFUL.

Only area open seemed to be the patio. Not bad but inside might have been a little more comfy. Pizza was hot and good. Deep dish was well made. The appetizer came out warm but not hot. Beers cold. Service was good. Overall better than average. Just didn't feel like wow gotta that was awesome.

Ate there last night in a group of 10. Food was good but service was slow and the couldn't split the bill across everyone which was annoying.

While I was looking around for my pick-up, none of the four servers or the hostess even tried to talk to me. The pizzas actually tasted bad, and one of them (Prosciutto & Arugula) has no arugula.

I think Google's algorithm is a bit generous compared to yelp's. But I'd agree with yelp's ratings.

The food was disappointing but not horrible. But the worst part was the staff yelling to each other constantly. I don't want to know the inner workings of your business or who didn't pick up who's pizza or the staff racially profiling another customer. The staff were so disruptive that I couldn't even enjoy my mediocre pizza.

The pizza here lacks flavor (literally zero flavor!), with none of the ingredients having any noticeable taste. We gave it a second chance, hoping our first experience was an exception, but it remained bland. The meats are sparse, with hardly any pepperoni and barely visible shaved sausage on the classic supreme pizza. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. In comparison, Round Table Pizza remains the best, with flavors that truly burst in your mouth and generous portions of meats.

My favorite pizza place with a great patio and 20 beers on tap. Vegan pizza options, crust is salty and delicious, they have kalamata olives which are my fave. Awesome deep dish pizza!

Outside bar area is great! Even on hot days the misters keep it reasonably cooler. Service is also great!

Wonderful food! Great atmosphere and friendly service. Outdoor dining with misters to cool us down from a long day were just right. The classic veggie pizza with vegan cheese was delicious (yes, I said vegan cheese, and no, if no one told me, I'd never have known it was vegan cheese). Fantastic garlic bread. And hands down the best French fries ever! My family can't wait to try more items off the menu. Highly recommend!

The despicable, rude waitress is enough to make me swear this place off forever. I wish I would have recorded her because she was so outrageously disrespectful that if people saw it for themselves, they would be shocked.

Details matter so here is a summary of my experience today.

I went into the restaurant with my 2 young daughters. As the waitress approached us at our table, there was a very apparent bad attitude.

She wasn't smiling and she didn't even mutter hello. She simply placed our menus on the table. I should have asked for her manager here because this was unacceptable in itself but let's keep going.

I replied, "I think we know what we want" because we were so hungry! Again, no words from her. She simply pulled out her pad and pen.

I said, "The kids will have a cheese pizza..." She looked at me and I could sense the attitude increasing. How? No words...again. Just a baffled look of disgust and arrogance.

At this point, I had a knee-jerk reaction and I said, "Are you okay?" Her response was, "I'm just confused, you didn't say if you wanted the kids size, the 10 inch. I don't know what you want. Now I have clarification."

I replied, "Yeah, the 10 inch. And I was asking if you're okay because you looked confused..."

I was trying to gently let her know that her demeanor was not okay. But she didn't take the hint well. Based on what she said next, I think she's the kind of person who needs to have a bad experience to understand a lesson.

She replied, "Yeah, I'm okay - ARE YOU OKAY?" B- what the heck did you say to me? So she thinks she's the HBIC, huh?

I asked if she was okay because she was freaking RUDE the whole time.

I asked her, "Why are you asking me if I'm okay?" Considering that I'm not the one with the attitude so why are you turning the question on me?

At that point, I was ready to raise holy hell and I spoke to the manager and the owner, who were both kind, courteous, apologetic and understanding. I felt for them because I know how important good service is for a thriving business. I am just another hard-working, hungry customers who deserves to be treated with decency while I eat and feed my children. You can't be decent? Then get another job!

Her misery was contagious, unfortunately, as incivility usually is. I took my daughters and my money and we left.

I wish the owner would have dismissed the waitress, at least for the day. Hadn't he heard enough? She is a pure LIABILITY for his business.

If you are reading this, mean waitress, I hope you take this experience and use it to become a better person. You can either bring misery to people or leave people happier. It will come back to you - like it did today. And I'm glad I was the one who was able to give it back to you. If my kids weren't there, your day would have gone A LOT worse.

Delicious Deep-dish pizza. I love to top my chicken tikka masala pizza with trader joe's pickled jalapenos. Love that extra spice. YUMMY!
