Horrible experience that borders on Twilight Zone. I called this location first and was told they were open and serving a limited menu as they were out of "several items" but they did have chicken. The owner is a nice person and it's not fair that they have to deal with the incompetence of Boston Market, Inc. They need better employees. I had to make three phone calls in an hour to find out when I could pick up the food. I was polite. The employee seemed like she thought I was hassling her. The phone rang 20 times before someone else picked up the final call. Franchises are expensive and there are people who need jobs who would care about their work.
Extremely run down. I mean everything looked dirty or broken. I was so hesitant but ordered anyway because past experience (well over 10 years ago) and plenty of hole in the wall places have given me excellent meals.10/10 would not recommend!!! I didn't eat all my food. The meatloaf look, texture and taste was a complete turn off. My rice and chicken noodles soup were not horrible. I still didn't finish.
