It's Jacks, never disappoints. Prices have gone way up, but what can you expect. I wish they would bring back the munchie meal combos. I miss the croissant chicken sandwich
I went to this one, Cuz the one by my house on 5141 Jackson Dr. always screws up the order, so I got tired of it and they're slow as hell. I always ask for extra secret sauce and pickle's?? and hardy get Shhhh-it getting really got tired of it.

Love this Jack on those late nights. Food actually is fresh n hot ,drive thru person is always smiling and friendly. Even the time u spend waiting in the drive thru line is max 8 min. Excellent timing compared to other Jacks ,Trust me , I'd never lie to you.

I went in to try to order food while waiting for my laundry across the street. The drive thru window was long, which is fine. I didn't think much of it. When I get to the window, the first employee went to ask the typical questions about ordering a new item and when I went to order, another employee popped in over the speaker to announce that their card reader was down. I wasn't irritated at that, though, I didn't have cash. What upset me was that I asked for some way that we could come to a compromise, as in me paying in person but ordering there since the line was long. I had to sit and wait in a line for no food or discount offered or anything. She essentially told me there was no way of handling the situation, which was annoying. I've worked food industry for 7 plus years and it was not the way to handle a customer. She made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I get bad days at work, but, it was not handled well

This Jack in the Box consistently has good food and really nice employees. And it's been that way for years!
Ordered Curly fries, got regular, temp was warm not hot, customer service was lacking, order taker got simple order wrong 3 times and still managed to get it wrong.
