The front counter woman is great. I'm ex-marine and had a problem with a free offer. I don't do well in public these days. So I order online. This has made it easier for me to enjoy things without having issue. As I explained very directly the issue. We had a back and forth. Eventually I determined that there would be no chance of solving the issue. So, I said I'm gonna move on as it's clear we're not getting anywhere. The lady continued to explain the issue to witch I just kept responding it's okay I'm not gonna argue about it. Can I just have my items so I can go. Then I heard the cook say something which prompted me to look towards the person speaking. I then witnessed this woman roll her eye and continue to say something under her breath as she turned around. I asked if she had anything she wanted to say directly to me. She denied doing it, then in the same conversation confirmed she did. She also claimed that I think I can come in and just be rude to the employees. I was never rude only direct in my speech and reasoning. Now I did become rude with this B of a cook for being rude to me first. I hope the management reads this review and writes her up. I will also be filing a complaint with corporate over the matter. Again the Asian woman up front tried to work with me and she kept her composure like 1 should do in customer service. She is great even though she couldn't help me and it was hard to understand her at times because of her accent and I have difficulty understanding people normally because of brain damage I suffered while serving. Not her fault it's just how it was.

Edith greeted me as soon as I walked into Panda Express. I really appreciated how kind and friendly she was. It was really nice to interact with her for that moment in time. Carlos completed my order and suggested I sign up for Panda Rewards to save 20% which I wasn't aware of. Not only did Carlos assist me with saving some money, but he was very helpful with guiding me through the process and was so kind and patient as well. Thank you Edith and Carlos for your level of customer service and kindness. It was very much felt, seen, and appreciated.

He told me his name but I am terrible with names but being in the service industry myself and bei gin charge of hiring that was a stand out employee. He cared about his job and his responsibility. Every time I get food from Panda I get excellent service and fast. I recommend this Panda above all others. Food is always prepared fresh.Vegetarian options: Pick and chooseParking: Never have to worry about a space.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room at the tables for wheel chairs.
The owners and managers are pretty bad. Double check your receipt and make sure you are getting what you paid for. The regular staff is always friendly and do their best which isnt easy considering their bosses. The food is good for reheated frozen products. Portions at this location are getting smaller and smaller. I gave it a 3 because I've seen them get food from rejected plates and throw it back into the serving bowls.Again, please make sure you are paying for what you ordered. On more than one occasion ive been charged for 3 entrees when I only chose 2. This location has gotten pretty bad in the last 2 years and I've ditched it altogether. I'ld rather drive a little further to get something better.

So today Nov. 28, 2023 around 4:30 pm I ordered the family pack and a medium side of green bean chicken. I made the order Togo because my wife had a tough day at work and a quick easy meal is best for those days. Once I got home I opened the containers and was surprised that the entrée boxes are only about 3/4 full. The rice and noodle boxes were completely full. I took pictures and will post them. Please let me know if this is the normal order size. Im sure management will think it's just the regular amount but I don't think I've ever had this small amount before. I would like a response from management if at all possible, I could be wrong in all this.
