My daughter wanted a hello kitty ice cream cake, so we looked for one and couldn’t find one and to order a custom one would be over 100 for 10 kids, we went to basking looked through their cakes online and picked a red heart one. Then I thought I’ll just tell them not to add sprinkles I’ll do it myself I’ll buy some hello kitty ones from micheals and boom hello kitty cake, let me tell you I went to order and the girl said I’ll have the cake decorators call you, she did, I told her I had sprinkles and she said she could put them on, I went in and well she took all my ideas, changed the color, added the bow and made a beautiful cake, im so grateful, my daughter was so happy!!!

BR31! Who does not love ice cream?! My daughter and I venture here usually following a day at the park. The people are really patient and awesome, mostly young and full of energy. The cake decorator and staff does an amazing job taking cake orders as I have yet to be disappointed or receive something other than how I ordered it. The pricing is usual, standard for an ice cream shop. I usually order my daughter the regular scoop since the kid scoop is only a few cents cheaper. The serving portions are generous as well as their topping portions.The parking lot can get hectic and crowded especially in warmer months. Even when it's colder out, the parking lot can be packed due to the other shops that share the space and parking. It's near Del Norte Bart if you feel like a 15-20 minute walk, with a little person I wouldn't recommend. The ice cream is fresh, never frost bitten or tastes sour. There is no indoor seating since the pandemic. The indoor space is small and can get pretty crowded with a few people waiting in line. The noise level is average, not unbearable and definitely not quiet. There is not really any place to sit and enjoy your cone or cup other than your car or its hood. Don't forget to sign up for your birthday cone, it's a free kids size scoop within a week of your birthday. Enjoy!

I didn't get his name but he was super attentive! I couldn't make up my mind. So I kept letting people go in front of me. He still. Asked me are you ready? In between the next customer so kind. I mean he made his way back I've to me. Wow! A1 service! I finally decided and I told him thank you so much for your patience. He said no problem. I got nutty coconut and pecan praline I believe that's the name. I said I'm going to treat myself to a fancy waffle cone chocolate and nuts. Only for chocolate loves real good chocolate. A bit to much for me! Love & learn. He gave me the total and it just seemed way to low! I asked umm are you sure. I didn't want his register to come up short. He was so sweet. He said yes it's 31%off today. I said nice. Right then flop! My double scoop ice cream fell! Embarrassing , he said it's ok give me your cone! While he went to get more scoops ! I cleaned up my ice cream with napkins! He was back in a second! Yes. Ice tip for you.! Well I enjoyed every bite!

Okay obviously not my first visit to Baskin Robbins but this one is probably one of the best in the East Bay! The two ladies behind the counter were friendly, quick, efficient and took care to make quality ice cream treats. My son asked for gummy toppings on his ice cream cup and she carefully placed each gummy on the ice cream to make sure they didn't fall off. The shop was busy so the ice cream was really fresh and not icy. Would def come back again if I'm in the area.

Walked in on a Sunday 8/13 7:45P the store is lonely with 6 employees all on their cell phones. I walked in and they looked up and went right back to their cells as if non of them were on the clock. Definitely to many employees for a slow night but are they getting paid to be on cell or to serve ice cream as people walk in?

This was a birthday treat to myself. We went out for an early dinner, and I decided to stop Baskin- Robin's. This time, I tried something new, the brownie sundae. You get to pick two scoops of ice cream and topping, such as hot fudge, whipped cream, and decent sized brownie. The service was fast, and the staff was helpful. I will definitely get this again instead of a couple of scoops of ice cream .
I ordered from Uber eats and... I get it. I ordered at a late time, man I was high! Okay sue me! But they should have a reject order button!!! My order was whack as f!!!!! It was run down! Lol no but it's wild. I just threw that shit away! Writing this and I can't believe y'all did that that's grimey! I hope you see this!!! Because why did y'all do me so dirty?!?! it's all good! Anyone that reads this don't order an hour before closing time :( that's my bad but doesn't justify the shit job either lol

After I asked for a larger straw, one of the reps accused of me of being rude and to pay and leave the store. I’ve been a customer of this particular store for over 20 years. Her accusations of me being rude were uncalled for. This person has zero customer service skills and shouldn’t be working with the public. And just to clarify, the person who was rude was a female with a pony tail with the sides shaven. This person needs better customer service and not be aggressive.

Generally good place to go for ice cream treats. What I like about their ice cream is that they have lots of selections and you can customize what you want. When we went there was lots of people waiting to get served but this was a Friday night so it was kind of expected. They used to have in-store seating but recently they were taken out which opened up the space for more people to be inside without overcrowding.
