Ordered 3 burritos to go, they were tasteless. No flavor. Meat was dry, asked for salsa, no salsa, tasted terrible, will go to Taco truck, better.

I ordered food delivery with my coworker today ,I spent $31 for a salad chips and queso and a side of guacamole. They of course forgot my chips for the millionth time and this is how much salad dressing they gave me for this big salad. How is that fair? I would order them so much more if they could just get my order right once. I have wasted so much money through the years at this location for food I did not recieve. I managed a restaurant for years so it takes a lot for me to complain. But this is literally the 15th time they did not send my chips. Which is my fav part.

THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST CHIPOTLE STORE IN THE BAY AREA. Every time I go, the staff and service are beyond amazing! They are very friendly and always get my order right. I've been going to this chipotle consistently for almost 2 years straight. Shoutout to the one lady who always remembered my order from DAY 1!

i just got a burrito the size of my hand and it was not even made correctly
I'm getting tired of America. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and I had to state it seven times because the guy couldn't speak English. So what is it, the heck with American's in America?? The bowl was not well proportioned. If I have to constantly fish around for a piece of chicken because all I come up with is rice, they need to balance out the dish. It takes away from the taste. Hardly any lettuce, no sour cream and little cheese. Where are the old Chipotle workers who knew what they were doing??

This place is hit or miss. Usually pretty good.I never write Yelp reviews. But today they did me dirty I got guacamole with my bowl. I watched them scoop a good portion of guac on the ladle, just to dump most of it out and give me some tiny dollop of guac. I asked for more guac, but I was told that this was the portion, if I wanted extra, it would be another 2.40 something. Anyway, everything else was fine with the bowl but they're real stingy with the guac. Never had this problem before today.

Been coming to this Chipotle for a while and every time i have no problems with their service. Taesuan takes most of my orders when I go and he does an excellent job when it comes to service and he should get a raise.

We have eaten at a lot of different Chipotles in California, Nevada, Kansas and Missouri and never once has any of them been out of chips and guacamole! Well, leave it to this one in El Cerrito. With more than two hours before closing and long lines waiting for their burritos then only to be told no chips or guac?!?! This place has been going downhill for awhile and the staff has become less friendly and not caring about their jobs. Very disappointed.
