Unfortunately this was the worst ihop I’ve ever had. Service was bad waiter Was rude!! I ordered breakfast potatoes and one of the potatoes had a odd chemical strong taste on it made by tongue burn tasted like a cleaner very odd because all the other ones were fine I wish it was a better experience but it was horrible!!

Visited when I went stopped by the area to go look for a store. It was a nice and cozy IHOP resteraunt in the corner of a strip mall. The person who served us was polite and overall enjoyed sitting down on a nice rainy day. I ordered eggs, sausage, and any pancakes of my choosing. I chose the (strawberry banana one, of course). It was so soft and delicious with the whipped cream, adding a nice touch. Like most IHOP places I've been, there were only the original syrup flavors, but then again, I'm not sure if I have to ask for the iconic flavors myself. Overall, 10/10. I'm stopping by again when I come back to El Cerrito.Parking: Plenty of parking in the small strip small.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of items to choose from for your child.

Came in on a Monday morning. There were a few people inside. We were greeted and seated right away. The food cake out pretty quickly. I had the biscuit sandwich with hash browns. It was very good. I would order it again. My husband got the steak omelette he was happy. I tried the steak it was very tender and well seasoned.

This is what the website said I was ordering looks pretty good, so I made sure to order two hours in advance notice and picked it up right on timeTo find out, they didn't have it ready right on time they had it ready like over an hour ago And had it just sitting on the table.Well, this is a great start. I'm sure this is gonna be a banquet of a meal. I think I've had better Thanksgiving day meals at a soup kitchen This meal was so good I felt like I should wrap myself up in a dirty blanket took my shoes off and froze my ass off in the cold next to the other homeless people outside and ask them if they had any extra re-fry cigarettes just so I can get the full experience. And I paid $20 for this fantastic meal I will definitely not be eating at this location again. I will drive the extra amount of time up to a Pinole where they actually have a chef, not a soup kitchen. DONT GO HERE!!Their only saving grace was that the coffee was fairly decent.

I can understand putting your name on a waiting list when it's super busy but when there are literally only three other tables it is a stupid policy. And then the staff there is hella rude about it. I've been coming here for years and this was the first time, I walked out. Was waiting for more than ten minutes to get a table when it was EMPTY! And nothing like, "hey we will be right with you" no, just got short rude answers and kept getting ignored.
The food was decent considering I didn't want to cook that morning. Hot, order was correct. Try to avoid on holidays and Sundays, super crowded and under staffed, just to get on the list had to wait 20-30 min.

I ordered the streak and eggs, rare and over easy. I should have sent the steak back as it was all gristle and well done. I couldn't even cut most of it. Everything else was great.

This visit was after the morning rush. Service was slow and lousy. Waitress never came by to check if I needed anything, which o did! The portions are small, coffee was lukewarm, the utensils are for small children, so take your own if you like to use adult size fork and knife. I would not recommend this IHOP location ?.

I haven't been at this IHOP in ages, but the kids were home and everyone wanted pancakes, so here we are.I was actually impressed at the quality of the service, their new menu and the food! It all was cooked perfectly and tasted super fresh.We ordered cupcake pancakes - which came with sweet celebratory, sprinkles. I ordered the vegetable pesto eggs Benedict- which was piled high with vegetables and had two tasty, perfectly cooked, poached eggs atop. I loved it! So good. My youngest had their strawberry French toast, which was an impressive stack of toast with berries and whipped cream stacked high. Whoa! The waitress couldn't have been more friendly or efficient, and I gotta say - my compliments to the chef! It was the best IHOP meal we've had in years.
