The only thing I was disappointed about was the service. It's not about bad service but it's about slow service. Only 2 girls working and a long queue. The owner should hire more people. The staff is nice though.

Every time I come here the whole milk used for the shakes is sitting out on the counter. Maybe I missed something here, but this is not good food safety. I've requested several times that they use refrigerated milk when making my shake, but this isn't seeming to change the practice. Concerned customer.

Patricia and the ladies on her team were welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! The food is always well prepared and delicious! We usually order extra to take home and combine with another meal. We most highly recommend Nations, especially the one in El Cerrito, CA!!!

They are very organized. Had to wait 8 minutes after ordering a whole cheesecake to go. They were moving around not very efficiently. The cheesecake was very good though.

BEST PIES IN FREMONT!Also, now until end of November, they're celebrating Fall with a special Pumpkin Pie Shake. What I didn't know was that they actually put a whole slice of pie IN THE SHAKE!! That's a meal in itself!Other than that, I loooooved the chili here! We got both a bowl of chili AND chili fries lol. After eating here, we even came back the next day to pick up more pies in the other flavors haha.
