Theirs a arab guy that seems to be the only one that works here. He seems to not understand english too well when i asked him do he accept the Subway coupons that you receive in mail. He said they don't accept subway coupons. So i asked why do you have coupons that you don't accept , he said cause their loosing money over them. So i asked him so why print them!So i went ahead and ordered any way. I got a 6 inch i just didnt like how tiny the bun shibbles up once it toasted its the size of a hotdog bun. And he put very little meat on it . Only 2 slices cut in half too make it look like 4 slices. What a ripoff. You cant even see the meat inside unless you open the sandwich up . It just looked like 2 buns glued together . 2 skinny buns the size of hotdog buns. It defiantly wasn't worth 10.00. With the coupon i could of saved 5.00 . But the subway on the corner of Stockton and San Pablo does accept coupons so ill go their next time for their little skinny sandwiches.

Hands down, the WORST sandwich and service I've gotten from subway in YEARS. First things first, this location refused to honor coupons (which is 50% of why I bothered to go in the first place). What's crazy about that is, notice the picture with the coupon scanner next to the payment machine. It was plugged in and working. She just wouldn't honor it. Okay, fine. I order my two 6" sandwiches and 2 bags of chips for $17. When I tell you this woman put 4 slices of meat on my sandwich.... LIVID!! My sandwich was disgusting. That sandwich was the embodiment of why people don't eat subway like they used to. I haven't been to THIS location in years. I think I remember why. NOT RETURNING AGAIN!!

Went to this location this evening and I purchased 3 sandwiches, 1 Six inch and 2 Footlong. The worker stated they can only accept the 6 inches coupon and not the 2 Footlong coupon. I asked why, she stated the is not accepting them. There was no sign in the entire Subway indicating certain coupons not be accepting. If these coupons are coming from corporate then the franchisee need to honor the coupon or that is false advertisement. If I can put no stars I would. I will not support this establishment and any other Subways. I rather support small businesses then these greedy fools. Now know why Subways establishments are closing.... Bye Subway you literally going underground....
Horrible customer service from the Indian gentleman. He may be the owner of the franchise. Rudely didn't want to help and seemed like he wanted to help other customers in the store. When paying, I said I would like to use a gift card and he said "aree yaaar" like he hated his job and the gift card was an inconvenience for him but all he had to do was press an extra button. Not the first time he has given a bad attitude and bad service. Plus he gave very minimum veggies as he could.

No coupons or discounts accepted this Subway location. Be aware this location does not accept any subway coupons and does not participate in any discounts. I live less than a mile away and I am always getting subway coupons in the mail. finally decided to try it went and waited in a long line. had two sandwiches made and went to check out and they refused the BOGO coupon and were rude about it. Left with no food and they wasted my time. They shouldn’t send these coupons in the mail to nearby neighbors if they are not going to accept the coupons.

I just spent $22 for a $10 order with Grub hub and this is the last time I use Grub Hub and it should be the last time Subway does too, because a 2 hr. wait and no one answering the phone is unacceptable. I normally am in this shop once a week and they will hear from me about this. This is the 3rd fail for grub hub and they are finished with me. My grocery order will arrive before my sandwich.
