I ordered chicken jhol momo and veg jhol momo both “To Go”. Her card machine didn’t work. I had to pay in cash. Receipt wasn’t given. I didn’t bother about the receipt then. After I reached home 10 miles away I came to know she had gotten my order wrong. I called and asked about her mistake politely. She repeatedly denied her mistake. She kept on arguing with me. Finally I was told to bring back the wrong order and that she would give me my food. But by then I had already lost my appetite. Then I thought to myself, are others returning wrong orders in this pandemic?I did not return the food.Sorry but I felt like if I had been a White guy i would have been treated way better. Still typing.............

Worst customer service at all. I like the food there but from today sorry won't go to this place ever.

Let me start out by saying wow. I've tried many chicken tikka masala dishes from numerous restaurants and this one by far had the best flavor. From the rich, creamy, tomato based curry, but yet sweet and full flavor, to the lentil soup and garlic naan... I am from San Diego and this little shop blew me away. Thanks for the great dish.

I have been agonizing on getting some take out but couldn't decide what and how to get it. I just had my first restaurant meal in 2 months. I placed my order and paid online then walked over (wearing my mask) to Tashi Delek to pick my dinner. It was all packed with my name on it. Oh it was so good. I even got everything spicy and they are perfect. I am in food coma now. P.s. The tamarind sauce was transferred to a small glass bowl after the photo was taken. PPS. I dislike cilantro with a passion, so I noted that on my order. I was so happy to see my online order was printed out in large font and there was no cilantro garnish on everything I ordered.

My family and I were starving, trying to decide where to go. There are a few options around, but we were having issues deciding. Suddenly someone gets out from Tashi Delek and tells us "if you're looking for something healthy around here, this is your place" and she was right! This is our go to place every time we feel lazy for cooking. Plates here are really tasty and you can find very healthy options. You can choose the level of spiciness and there are vegan options as well. The environment is pretty relaxed -familiar I'd say- and cozy. I love it!

I went here for the first time and learned the owner commutes from San Jose to open his restaurant that is frequented by the Himalayan community. I liked that he was very interested in finding plastic-free to-go foodware. I've been to Himalayan restaurants in Queens (NYC), Colorado, Yunnan (China), and the SF Bay Area. This one has a menu that's more extensive because it also lists some Bhutanese dishes and momo sauces I haven't seen elsewhere.

Delicious and flavorful! Owners are lovely and service was fantastic! Saag Paneer is to die for! Also, their sauces are wonderfully spicy!

Food was good a few months back..but recently I am not sure what happens to the chef..but it not the same anymore..Momo is to dry..and the most important thing..it’s over priced..not sure what wrong with the owner..I recommend people to try Nomad restaurant at salano...much better and much reasonably

First time to this place. I didn't expect that would be the worst experience. To begin with food, never ever get Buffalo meat momo. We literally have to stop eating momo and waiting time was miserably long, about 30mins. Please please don't order buff item. Even buff chilly was the worst, not worth it at all. I literally told the crew member about the bad smell in buff meat however, she didn't acknowledge anything in order to help us out. They over charged me for the total bill which I haven't authorized for. Will file a report to yelp about this serious issue. This place is just an nuisance. I am very concern at this point.

The service is really flimsy, the servings of food are false (says 8 pieces actually gives 7). The place might've been good before but now they really just let themselves go. Just don't go here if you want to have a good time. Really embarrassing :(

Climbed 9 peaks in Nepal and traveled throughout India. This is the Absolute Best Vegan-Veggie Tibetan style MoMo’s in the bay! Bit smaller dinner room layout w Great Service n Super hospitable and family run. Grandparents personally deliver the dishes out to the table. I bring everyone I know here and tell them not to tell anyone. Best kept East Bay hidden gem (be careful) you could just easily drive right by...Enjoy and namaste!
