I think there was a change in ownership or something like that recently. I've been coming to this place for a long time and the fruit always looked fresh and I was able to order my bionicos whatever way I wanted. Today 01/30 I came in to buy a few bionicos for my kids and myself afterschool and the girl that was helping me at keep on saying "oh no, I can put that on your bionico" "oh no, that doesn't go on the bionico"........Like what the heck, I used to always get my bionicos and added mango to them or I would just get on some of them strawberries, bananas and apples but I guess now they just give you want they want. Sorry, but I just said thank you and walked out. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, girl was rude (not friendly at all) and seemed like she didn't want to be there. My husband , kids and I used to like coming here but I don't think we'll be coming back again, maybe that's the reason why the placed looked empty.

Most of the fruit is always rotten, they change staff all the time because they can't stand their bosses, more or less, some things are passable but I don't like it almost

I just learned that Zapopan is a chain lol Big fan! I've been to all their locations in the area and they all satisfy. Great service. Good people. Very friendly. Fair prices. Fresh fruits. Wide menu. Convenient locations too. This time I got the fresas con crema (strawberries and cream). Sooo good. Highly recommend. Thanks for the good snacks. Keep it up.

This place has great food but keeps getting griddier. When you pay with a card, they add $.55 to the total. I used to go everyday but this fee adds up. Either add the cost to the prices of items or eat it up. DO NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR IT. It's your business and you must offer different ways of payments for free! Nowdays, no one carries cash. Un jugo grande por $9.50 y en otros lugares $7 o menos.Wake up señores!

Wow try to place an order there couldn't even get somebody to answer any questions because nobody speaks English so I couldn't place an order ask questions about what they made or anything as long as I couldn't speak Spanish they weren't gonna speak English to me i'm all for speaking a different language that's awesome but when you have a business that can't cater to anybody else because of the language barrier that makes it very difficult, had to give it one start because there's no way to give it no stars

Decided to stop and take a look at what they had because I wanted to take some dessert to my aunties house. I was most surprised and enjoyed my visit to this establishment. The kind people that are there! They were ready to serve, and the food? incredible! You have to visit this place!
