Love this freaking joint I promise you never any hiccups on if they take EBT or not. Food is always hot and fot the most on my many past experience food I and has been hot, delicious, and wonderful customer service consistently. FYI go through drive through early hours of the morning and guaranteed to get some extras or a messed up order that leads to a double when u go back around and voice ur complaint about messed up order. They are quick, courteous, and always willing to fix any mistakes made quickly and with a smile.

I asked for the 599 jack combo the end up charging me almost $12 for another jack combo. My french fries were cold and disgusting. The jack combo had mayonnaise and tomato on it which I’m allergic to and the top of all that after spinning over $14, they didn’t even give me a napkin to wipe my face.. What a pathetic establishment because I looked at the receipt and I told him I ordered the 599 combo he said no you didn’t And just gave me my food. This is the last time that I ever eat at any Jack-in-the-Box again absolutely pathetic, and a waste of my money. Horrible service, horrible customer service, and a bad attitude from the guy that took my order. The only thing edible that I got from this establishment was the order of tacos, which was surprisingly fresh and hot.If you’re thinking about going to Jack-in-the-Box, don’t go they are pathetic. Excuse for human beings and the owner that hired them or the manager is also pathetic…If you like getting your order wrong being ripped off, then I strongly recommend to visit this Jack-in-the-Box

Currently in the drive thru line right now its been exactly 31 minutes since I placed my order. Theres still two cars ahead of me and me hungry. If you are hungry or coming for your lunch break expect an hour long wait for your food.

Particularly at this location. I happen to get stale everything. From the curly fries to the food.... it tasted like they had been sitting there, and they reheated it. Granted, it was 1am... but in my opinion, you shouldn't serve that to anyone.

I really like Jack in the box I normally order thru doordash and everytime I do order from doordash I never get the condiments I request I even ask the person the person that's going to pick up my food never gets it so I had to stop ordering from doordash and go in person at times and i see the long lines of cars I just get frustrated cause I only go for 2 things. You would wonder why they always have long lines amd not cause of the food but the fact that they take a while to get your food so we go to mc Donald's instead, they have long lines too but it's alot faster. Some of the people in the drive-thru can be rude at times, or this guy was very disrespectful and rude the way he spoke to if he knew us and was not professional at all. I just feel they should re-train these people or fire them if they don't like their job, don't work there, and let other people who can handle the job ! I understand some customers can be rude, too, just act like that don't bother you and be more respectful
