Was in Drive Thru for about 20 minutes about 11:15 am. I got out of a like of about 7 cars in front. Line moved maybe one car length. 1st time there so do not know quality or service or if this was an off day or normally long. I won't be going there as I don't want to risk using most of my lunch time waiting in line and don't want to go in to dining area.
This place is always closed around 6pm and after the only way to get food is through the drive thru which is very inconvenient for me since I'm in a wheelchair. This is supposed to be a 24/7 restaurant more like "likely to close early on the managers convenience"Very upsetting
When I went to order, they told me they were out of monster tacos. So I continue my order and ask for the jumbo platter with bacon. I was told they weren't serving breakfast anymore. So I ask "it says breakfast served all day?" Someone else gets on the mic and tells me "not today." I said that's very unfortunate. And ended my order. Every time I go here I am told no to something. They almost didn't let me order the side of white rice. I wonder what they would of done if I had ordered on the app.
I have to call them at the drive thru, they don't greet customers. So frustrating. Need better customer service.
Horrible service. Waited to order drive-through for 10 minutes while a huge line formed behind us and they never answered. In that time frame another car cut in front of us so we moved forward thinking that maybe it was Mic problems but right as we moved they answered the car behind us. We get to the window and the manager had the audacity to tell us we had to go back around because we cut in line?! The other staff told him we hadn’t and then he said “well attend them then” with so much attitude. They told us they’d have to park us to the side because they had to do the many orders that accumulated in front of us but how was that our fault when they never answered us in the first place? I just don’t understand how they could be so rude about it. In the end we left because they were going have us waiting on the side for a ridiculous amount of time.
This location is the worst. At around 7:30pm October 15, I went through drive thru and my uncle was ordering in Spanish, the manager whose name I believe is Debby unless the other worker lied, a big woman around 45 years old was bothered and annoyed and didn’t want to take our order and told us to leave. This is unacceptable and that manager shouldn’t have that position. That manager Debby needs to be fired and Jack in the box needs better management because she’s not fit at all for that position or even a customer service job. Jack in the box needs to hire bilingual people and people who have good attitude and customer service. People like her are what’s ruining this location because they are losing many customers as I can see with the 3 stars rating. Terrible customers service!
Nothing but fucking retarded employees here. Do not go here fucking rude ass stupid blond bitch telling me to go fuck myself bc they fucked up my order and she said I can't add it bc there was a long line WHICH I WAITED FOR 15 minutes and I couldn't even check what I ordered bc they didn't even give me a receipt fucking pathetic fire that ratchet bitch bro.
My boyfriend ordered through Uber eats and they sent him the burger with only lettuce as buns, no buns. I'm laughing but we do need the buns.
Do not do indoor dining here! My husband and I went inside to eat and got really really bad service. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order and nothing! They saw us waiting and got ignored, so we walked out and went elsewhere! We will never go here again!
The establishment was clean which was impressive. Bathrooms were spotless,also impressive. Food...my two tacos we're not very hot and my husband's ? was not very appetizing especially for the price of $6.99!!! Overall, due to the friendly and smiling staff and cleanliness of this fast food restaurant, I give it 4 stars...this time.
This place sucks there food is cold sometimes you can tell the food is being sitting there tastes old never fresh. there management sucks bad customer service.

customer service here sucks , rather drive the extra 10 minutes to my other jack If you dont like your job than quit , if you cant talk to people you shouldnt be working drive thru or register .

They close the lobby at 3pm, then it's drive-thru only. there was like 6 ladies in the kitchen and none of them wanted to take my order. i was the only one there and they still mest up my order and instead of talking it out or moving on with the order they just stare at you with a dirty look untill you leave, very uncomfortable.
