Since our favorite spot closed down, we needed a new place for Chinese food. Rice wok has really good food for a fair price. Very common options plus more. The service could be better as they skimp on the sauces. The restaurant is a bit cluttered and could be cleaner.
There was an older lady that skipped my pregnant girlfriend for a 20 year old boy and mother who was sitting down and allowed them to order and pay if my girlfriend did not already try and order I would not go back here with my kids or even buy an item the owner needs to get better workers to be prompt or be cited for poor service customers who can bring them more service should be considered

Worst Chinese Food I ever had ?, starting with customer service they asked you WHAT Do You WANT? Fried rice full of soy sauce, kumpao chicken with rotten zucchini and orange chicken to hard to eat. Never coming back again. I don’t recommend this dirty (can’t even grab a high chair because it was NASTY)
No this is bad because the rice is sometimes dry the chicken doesn’t even give you sauce even if you order it the only good thing is their broccoli

The location is great in friendly El Monte Five points section of town. It's a cookie cutter place to eat nothing great about it. The service is just. They do what they need to do. Bathroom is clean and available to customers, don't abuse it. Not the drink choice is ok not the greatest. The food, the food is what all other Chinese fast food places should be compared too. This lace over panda express any day of the week and twice on Sunday. drop the mic and walk away.

Very rude ladies working there (like 3 of them). Last time I order take out I didn't get any sauce, napkins or utensils. Not nice at all the way this lady with short hair ask what you would like to order. She goes with "what you want?" And you can't even ask if she got what you say because she says, "I know, what else?" It makes me feel like if I'm asking for free meal. And this is not only me, there was 2 more costumers saying the same thing but they where shy to say something in front of her. Not going back, Im gonna tell my friends and family to stop getting food from there because they already experienced the same thing, yes, already happened many times with the other ladies. Also they serve however they want. Sometimes is less food that others.

Super Horrible Customer Service. 10-01-22 first time walking in to order. The counter lady serving was extremely rude and attitude. I own my business and customer service is key on how you are greeted. Definitely never coming here again. Bad experience, horrible energy, dirty place.
