They take a long time to serve in the drive thru, more so in the night shift, bad customer service, terrible service, they treat the customer as if we were going to order food, they should train their staff more

I came to the restaurant drive thru around 1am. I made my order. I came through the drive-through.. I then ask for more condiments for my order. The young lady said it was in the bag and close the window.. I seen it was not in the bag so I waited until she came back and it seems like I was being ignored. When she open the window she said what else you did you need? I told her more sauce. she gave it to me and I said to her that she was being unprofessional. She said so then closed the window and I took my phone out to take a picture and she then gave me the middle finger... I was appalled. There was also another guy sitting on then counter.

Food prices are to high. Jack in the box was my to go fast food but I couldn't afford it any longer.
I couldn’t get a DoorDash order from you because either your new menu is messing with DD’s mobile ordering protocol or your so called “system” isn’t working properly. Really?? Fix it now or you will lose a customer forever.

Service and people are friendly but they stopped de-caffeinated. I go often for breakfast but am very disappointed that they stopped making de-caffeinated coffee
