This spot was recommended by a friend. I love the hip hop throwbacks! Cool decor, great music! Coffee and juices were excellent! We got the Chronic and a Mocha latte. The breakfast sandwiches were decent. We got the turkey sausage and pesto provolone egg.

I bought 2 wraps for $12.25 that were supposed to come with a side salad and chips but they just give us the wraps and go help other customers. We didn't even get straws with our drinks that required straws.

Went here for the 1st time and really liked the atmosphere. Made me just want to get in my car and blast some Dr. DRE or2pac really loud! However, not impressed with the coffee or cappuccino. There was only one batista working and it was too much for one person to balance making acai bowls, coffee and accepting payments.

Update: I ordered through doordash and it was delicious. It's right down the street from me so I hope I can order directly next time. Plus the walkinv is always beneficial. I really wanted to order from here directly so that doordash wouldn't take a cut but the menu is only available through a qr code and the web page kept freezing and wouldn't open. Maybe next time. I grew up in Oakland and want to support my people I their business practices but things like this make it impossible.

I'm not a fan of giving a negative review but I had a less then desirable experience this past Saturday.I ordered ahead 4 items: Thai wrap Nutella acai bowl2 different juices When I got there at the time it told me to be there they told me my order wasn't ready. It was a nice day so I sat outside and waited about 10-15 more minutes.When they came and told me that my order was ready i went in and they only had my acai bowl. :/"We're out of the rest of your order. We already refunded you for the missing items." Why couldn't they tell me that when I got there? The cherry on top? My Nutella açaí bowl was not the right order. It had some other toppings that I could not eat. :( They had great reviews and maybe I'll check them out again in the future but it was a huge waste of time on a day that I didn't really have time to waste and I was so disappointed.

I'm so glad this place is so close to where I live! I like the atmosphere, love their coffee, and the staff is awesome! I just went in there again today and the barista was super helpful about a question I had. I usually order their lattes with oat milk, but I've also had their waffle, which is really tasty, too! Great people and good coffee. I still need to try their juices, but I'm too addicted to good coffee, so I keep ordering the same thing.

I feel I put this pace to the test: pre-ordered online, my order was accurate and ready when I walked in ahead of schedule; ordered in person, and my second order was ready in shortly thereafter.The Chronic was refreshing; the pineapple bowl made me believe in chia seeds again.The so fresh juice was indulgent and berry bowl was completely satisfying.This establishment follows all the new health guidelines (thank you!!!) and served up orders for three customers in no time.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally made it. The hubs & I both had the chorizo breakfast sandwich & it was gooood! The English muffin was crispy, cheese melty and the chorizo a little spicy We got smoothies as well: Helen AF and Diamond Effect. Both delicious, highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other choices. Try em out. You won't be disappointed!

Great place paying homage to all great hip hop - decor and the music is great - also as I'm a BIG Hip Hop fan. If your gluten free they'll make the açaí bowls with out the granola. Coffee is good also I'll be back
