Service is...lacking.Came in, wasnt greeted, or even looked at for over 10 minutes. 2 people were already waiting. 5 people came in while I was waiting. 2 ended up leaving the wait was so long. Ordered a carrot juice. And the 2 people behind me got their drinks before me and they hadnt ordered ahead. They need more staff and better customer service. Not worth the wait.

The drinks are good!!! But the customer service is lacking. They don't greet you when you come into the store...or even say hello at the register. Nothing except "Do you want a receipt?" They seem to hate working here...

I'm really unhappy with my order. I ordered an electronic berry lemonade, and it tasted like mostly ice. No flavor at all. This is all I ever get from jamba Juice, and I know what it should taste like. You can tell the color is off. I even asked the lady if she was sure, and she made an excuse about the color. I'm going back to the jamba juice in Alameda.

Me and my mom ordered drinks and funny thing she likes creamy and I like tart to she got tart and I got milky but it was are first time trying it so we switched after we both tried it

I came here for the Watermelon Breeze and it did not disappoint!! That smoothie was so so good, very refreshing, The Service here was very quick and friendly. This Jamba is located in the Powell Street Plaza, so it's perfect if you're here shopping and need a little something quickly. When I come here, I'll always dip in Jamba to get that great smoothie!!
They stop taking phone orders around 7:40pm and won’t take your order even if you’re there before their closing time. Told the girl I tried calling beforehand hand and she gave me the excuse about the phones not being plugged in which I’m sure was a lie and they just ignore calls. They mentioned they only have 30min to close and I’m guessing that’s not enough time for 3 people to achieve so management should really look into giving them more time so they aren’t losing sales due to staff ignoring calls and turning away customers before their posted closing time. Most likely won’t be back to buy from this Jamba.

Always so delicious. Their juices always hit the spot. Specially on a hot summer day. I had my son drop his all over the floor outside and I went back in and asked if it was possible to remake it and they didn't fuss and quickly made me another at no charge.
