We wanted a late-night dinner so I ordered ahead on the website for pickup, and receiving my food at the drive thru was very smooth. Simon at the window was super nice and helped check our order was intact. We got the chicken extra crispy and it was so delicious !!!

i got double charge on my debit card the old guys told my my card didnot goes throught and try again. i got charge twice so be careful
I walked in to go order food waiting for a Couples i front of me.... The cashier was helping in front Spanish guy lunch time 2:45pm SundayWhile I was waiting to order food try to go to use restroom 1st. By the time finishes the couples will order there foods .the restroom door was closed I asked for key ... the Cashier asked me are you ordering food or not ?? I got offended stupid enough to ask me that look at my style driving a $70K Lexus looking at me like being homeless or something.... I didn't use the restrooms neither wanted to order food ever again from this location ... Cashier should have trained how to provide service even assume I don't order food i should not be treated with Cashiers low class behavior..Killing my appetite for not to order food .. walked away .

I order a 4 pc chicken tender meal. Chicken tenders weren't crispy and tasted like they have been sitting in a warmer all day. Definitely not fresh. One of the tenders I couldn't even it because it was hard and not editable from being under a warmer. Do not order from here

Dang... unfortunately the other reviews are pretty accurate. My almost $14 three piece chicken tender meal was such a bummer. The actual tenders were so small and the meat was dry. My biscuit was dry and chalky. It was so dry I'm not even sure if it had butter on it? When I bit into it it crumbled into a billion pieces! Also my side (Mac and cheese) tasted gross. The only thing that was good was my Diet Pepsi and I don't even like Pepsi! My guess is the food was bad because it was purchased an hour before closing so I got the crappy leftover of the day? Either way... it was a bummer meal. Service was good/average/fast... I'll give them that? Wish I would have taken a picture of my meal... but it was so bad I just dumped it.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo using the app.1. The food was cold. The soda was warm.2. The order was missing the side of fries that were supposed to be part of the combo. Didn't notice til i got home since the bag was closed. The manager refused to make right when I called about this.3. Pick-up service is inconsistent. Half the time you're supposed to pickup the food inside the restaurant. The other times, you're supposed to go through the drive thru. Staff is snarky if you happen to guess incorrectly.
