The food is consistently good and the portions generous. The counter workers are helpful. The only downside is some of the rough people that hang in the parking lot and on the corner, especially when it's slow and there aren't a lot of others around. When I'm alone, I feel somewhat vulnerable. I guess that's why Panda doesn't stay open later.
I ordered online through an app, I get there to pick up my food and the mean Arabian lady didn't give me all off my order and when I ask about it she got an attitude.My other bag was just sitting on the table. How did you not know the second bag was also mine?I believe she was trying to keep my food.Then when brought to her attention she was taking all of my food from the second bag trying to stuff it all in one bag aggressively. Myself and another bi - standard told the Arabian lady with the turban wrapped around her head, not put everything in one bag because it would brake. The Arabian lady with the turban wrapped around her head became aggressive and yelled at us to not speak to her like that and I stated to her that it was common sense. I believe that she was trying to keep my second order...Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.
Only thing I say about this place is based on your race, will sometimes determine the portion of food they give you, I've been to two of these places, here and San Leandro and seen someone get more food that's either Spanish or just not black. Dude before spoke Spanish and they filled his place with some much chicken & Rice. Maybe he's a regular but again, I've been to two of these panda Express...and I've came to this location more than 10 times over 5 years..they need more diversity in staff at more of these locations of blacks..I'll just point out how it makes me feel as a customer, it's just more worth it to eat someone where you can see the equal give, I won't bother eating at panda Express business anymore.

It's fine. They won't give you utensils unless you ask though. I work nearby so I am here often enough that I have a set of utensils in my bag and realized it is entirely because of this Panda Express...

First time at this place, and found the service great, the customers helped me locate where the line starts.
This is the worst. I decided to eat unhealthy food tonight and ordered PE in advance so I could pick it up right away. I got there and went to the counter and staff was looking at me but not helping me. Finally about 20 minutes later someone came to me and asked if I needed anything. I told her I was there to pick up an order and she told me I should have waited in the huge long ordering line to get my food. Unacceptable! The cashier saw me there but said nothing. Why would I be standing there unless I were picking up and order? The worst customer service ever! Not to mention the food isn't as healthy like at a real Chinese restaurant. I will never eat there again! if I could give it zero stars I would.
