It's so sad peets is closing alots of locations in metropolitan area, I noticed customer service is not in USA anymore, you will be routed to India , my order arrived damage and customer service didn't help at all.

Phoned today to cancel my coffee subscription as they sent me old coffee for three months. I have 20 boxes of Peet's Big Bang that will expire in February 2024. I told the guy how disappointed I am in Peet's and how they don't check expiration dates but send out old inventory. The guy from India wants to argue with me that I am mistaken when I am looking at a bunch of boxes of coffee that I will throw out in February. It is like I am burning $200 dollars worth of my own money. The guy could care less about how they screwed me. I am very done with this company as I don't treat my customers in this fashion as I am old school and realize what it takes to grow a business. Screw Peet's and the idiots that they employ to deal with what used to be a good customer. Would have given a negative 5 on the service if it was allowed.

I called the day before to ask about the process of ordering one of your boxes to go. I followed instructions and arrived 45 min early. When I ordered the box the next day in person the girl at the counter stopped and gasped and then harshly said it would take at least 20 to 30 minutes. There were 4 waiting to get their coffee with the barista and her assistant at the time. One person behind me. I said I knew that as I’d called the night before to make sure I’d order correctly with enough time. I stood by the bean counter and as they had no further orders conversationally told them that my daughter owned two San Antonio coffee Royal blue stores but used to manage your busiest San Francisco stores-Fillmore and Marina. While talking I kept my eye on what was obvious struggle to get the coffee in the to go box. The barista stopped her work and walked to me loudly berating me for talking to the worker. It was a harsh loud reprimand talking down to me.I want my $27.50 returned because of that and because the coffee container leaked was not hot and I was given 6 cups for a 26 cup leaky .container. I’ve been going to that store for over 30 years. Those employees should not be working with the public. Your district manager (Wayne) does not return his yext messages for me to report the thee employees responsible. Your complaint line is located in India. I want my money returned.

I have been a Peet's customer for many years. I place my coffee bean order online and usually receive my order within a week or less. This time, I placed the order on January 2 and a week later it states that it is "unfilled." I called the "customer service" number and a person was checking with the shipped department when I was disconnected (22 minutes on the phone). I called back and was on the phone another 14 minutes only to be told that it will "probably" be shipped in 24-48 hours. If it isn't shipped by that time, then they will help me place the order again! Really!!! What is Peet's coming to? Very poor service.

Can someone from your head quarter look into Peet's coffee near D12 in SFO airport please. The customer service is very bad. They sold me a frozen sandwich. I mean frozen with ice in the middle it. To the point the tomato and the turkey were stuck together frozen. Even after they toasted it was frozen inside and they just said there is nothing they can do about it.I showed the pieced them the ice inside the sandwich and they said "you bought a cold sandwich that is why it is frozen inside but it was make fresh. Our manager is not here so we can't do anything for you."Wasted my money and I didn't get anything for what I paid. Thanks

I have been a customer of Peet's for over 30 years, and now order coffee for my office as well.I placed our usual order via the website, and used our company credit card (as I always do). The order was cancelled for some reason, no one knows why. I have called Peet's several times, and have sent various emails.This is all too frustrating, spending so much time at work trying to order coffee.Buying now from another company without any issues!Not the same Peet's I remember and terrible customer service!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Twice in the past week, the company's automated ordering system abruptly canceled my online order with no explanation as to why.When I contacted the store, on both occasions, the shift supervisors I spoke with were instantly dismissive and blamed the delivery service instead of taking responsibility for the mishaps. They directed me to call the corporate office in Emeryville, which I did; but they were just as frustrating while copping an extreme "corporate" attitude about my experience.Notwithstanding their overall quality and having been a long-time customer (since 1978), I am now a former customer who will not do business with this sorry outfit again! Too much legitimate competition for my dollar elsewhere.

Do not purchase or order from Peet's Coffee. They shipped my order in a box that had an open window/slat on the box top. I threw away the coffee as the products were open. Not acceptable especially during the pandemic! I have gone back & forth with their customer service department asking them for a replacement. What did I get? A 10% coupon for future orders. OMG!! Do not support or purchase products from this company.

I ordered 3 bags of coffee for delivery to our home. We received 3 bags of the WRONG COFFEE. All of the bags they sent me were unusual names. I had to wait on the phone for over 45 minutes in total before I was able to speak to someone in customer service. The woman I spoke to was condescending and full of excuses--like, it's the computer's fault. I believe Peet's just had a surplus of unsold bags of coffee and are sending those out to customers assuming that customers won't be willing to deal with their extremely lousy customer service to complain. A total rip-off by this company! I have had numerous problems with Peet's delivery service in the past and will no longer buy from them.
