Decent quick pizza, nothing special but I like that they are reasonably priced. They use myokis cheese for the vegan option with is one of best cheese alternatives available.

We were big fans of the Emeryville location for years, then they closed. Reopened in Oakland as a ghost kitchen. Location is closer, but quality suffered for long enough for us to give up. Thin pizzas and inconsistent cooking. We didn't order pizza for several months. Pizzas of late have been really good. The best chain pizza by far. Lots of good quality toppings cooked perfectly. Cookies are too greasy, though.

Update your locations already. This isn't it a Pizza My Heart it's a food hall that sells your pizza. You're wasting people's time and not getting their money. Get a grip.

We have been fans of Pizza My Heart going way back. But we hadn't been since the Emeryville location moved to a pickup only food hall in Oakland. This seemed like a good thing, because it is closer to home, and quick for takeout. But... I placed the order, for one of their popular combos, while sitting in my car and it said 20-30 minutes, which seemed right for pizza. It automatically gave me a $5 discount at checkout. Yay! I pulled up the location in Google maps, I had already mapped it earlier, 14 minutes away, and got right on the road. I parked right out front, spent a minute or so trying to use the check in kiosk, which didn't work, went to the counter, and found that the pizza was already ready, and waiting. So this was maybe 17 minutes after I ordered. Super fast, awesome...or maybe not. The crust was totally undercooked, floppy crust. Peppers were half raw. What a disappointment. This location does not accept any special requests. So there is nowhere to request extra crispy. I assume this is being cooked on a conveyor, not in a pizza oven, so all pizzas are getting the same time, no matter the toppings.Note, the 5 stars for service goes to the East Oakland Food Hall employee, not Pizza My Heart, who I had zero interaction with.

We were hoping to go visit PMH, ended up at some kind of ghost kitchen that didn't even offer PMH. I'm not sure what this place is, but it's not a PMH.

Uhhggg this is a to go order PMH and no slices. They should change the name so we know what we are getting.

I didn't know they expanded out of Capitola, but I am sure glad they did. I was in area for Dr. appt and stumbled on it by chance. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were as AWESOME as I remember. You cannot go wrong with Pizza My Heart!!! Plan on visiting ones in Palo Alto area.

This place is geared towards the younger crowd and has some cool vibes to it. The menu is posted at the front of the counter so you can see what you want ahead of time. On my trip, I got two different types of pizza. One was called the mixer and the other was a mix with beacon. The pizza is light and doesn't make me feel overstuffed. The toppings and variety of pizza choices are also intriguing. Lastly, the staff were awesome and brought their A game. Overall if you're looking for a quick bite of pizza to eat, I'd recommend this place.

Today we decided to try this pizza place. The crust was thin and a little greasy but we still enjoyed it. I like when you find places that serves pizza by the slice. You can always get the right amount. A little disappointed when we saw the sign that read no wings. Hopefully they'll be back next time.

This is my first time trying this place. The short hispanic man preparing the pizza prepared it great when I took a glance at it. My partner and I ordered the Big Sur and the Sunset Beach. It was nice to be able to do that since this is my first time here and I feel nervous about trying new places. I'm actually writing this review as my partner and I wait for the pizza to finish baking. They advertise the award winning pizza menu, but the awards are as old as 2012 and it is 2022. Now, I did say this place is a first time for me. I did mention it to the cashier. As I was reading things that were posted on the walls of the restaurant, I noticed that you can purchase a Pizza My Heart shirt for $7.00 and get a free pizza slice. I also read that if you send them pictures with your Pizza My Heart shirt doing cool stuff that you would qualify for a $50.00 gift card. Now, I am not sure if it is $50.00 visa or $50.00 Pizza My Heart gift card. I was really honored to have the short Hispanic man make my partner and I an amazing pizza and give us an amazing experience because he walked all the way to where we were sitting and waiting to personally hand it over. What an amazing man and employee. He is the man! He definitely earned my respect.

I love this place ever since I first tried a PMH in Monterey. It's got a limited variety but great coastal inspired pizzas by Hawaii and CA Pineapple ham And the Figgy piggy (with figs is delicious).
