Frustrating to call here and not be understood, the person that answers calls doesn't speak English, therefore we couldn't get thru the phone order with any success:/-

I'm not a ramen expert but I really enjoyed the Clear Dark Ramen with Chicken. Very flavorful. The order was prepared very quickly as well.I did find it off putting that they have you order from a computer screen and ask for a tip before any service has been provided whatsoever--not even to take the order.

I still miss this place being on Broadway.Shiba Ramin I love you. You moved away but I think of you all the time. You were so much better than my new girl.

The soft boiled egg in my ramen didn’t look appealing but tasted just fine. Everything else about my ramen was delicious. Staff was nice and helpful.

This is my to go spot for all this Ramen. I love this marketplace very diverse with food selections. I've always wanted to try something new, but why mess with what I like. Shiba Ramen is the bomb.

Don't pay for extra toppings or anything else because you won't be getting them - at least this has been my experience.

A tad overpriced for a single slice of tough pork and an almagamation of noodles served in a paper cup with plastic utensils. The broth was not packed with much flavor, but this could be due to preference. Certainly captured a soup kitchen vibe.

0 stars for me. It was horrible. Did not look like the pictures that they displayed when ordering. Not friendly. Service was bad. Never coming again.

I swear this is my first time writing a review in my whole life I ordered ramen it was smelling so bad like a 10 days old ramen i returned the food after my first sip and the cashier was rude and I don't recommend you guys to go there at all

Off tasting and smelling bamboo shoots, likely from a can, not prepared the proper way to prevent the chemical, smelly flavor that comes from using canned product. Greasy broth.

The broth was phenomenal. The ground pork in the broth was a brilliant way to elevate the taste and texture.

I got ramen from Shiba for the second time today! It was my spouse's first time. Last time, I got the "dry" ramen and I was PLEASED! I added pork to it. Today was rainy and cold so I really wanted something hot and the "spicy" (tan tan) REALLY DID IT FOR ME! It comes with ground pork and a jammy egg but I omitted it since I'm actually allergic to chicken eggs now Spouse got the clear soup spicy version. I didn't ask how much he liked his it wasn't the best move because he's not feeling well and didn't want anything too spicy and the level was a bit hot for him today. My gyoza was soooo cold but I think it's because I was tending to my toddler. I remember really liking it last time. My soup was DELICIOUS. The bok choy was perfect. My noodles stuck a little together in a clump but again I'm not sure if it's because my food was waiting there too long or what. You get a text when your food is ready but you should stick around because they'll call your order number out, too. That's faster. I don't think my spouse heard them. I like that you can specifics whether you're dining in or taking your food to go. There's also an option to keep the noodles and soup separate or not. We sat at one of the tall communal tables right in front and they were projecting the World Cup game on a big screen. It was a really pleasant experience: When ordering, there's menus laminated right at the counter and you can use the touch screen. It got a little busy when we ordered so someone came to also take orders while I was fumbling on the screen! You can actually edit out toppings and the person working was really nice to walk me through that. I wouldn't have known how to look for it otherwise. I'll absolutely be going again. Truly hit the spot both times. Only not giving it 5 stars because it's not THE BEST ramen (but it's damn good).

Usually love ramen so when I found this spot I was excited to try it. Unfortunately the ramen is just bad; unexpected flavor that ruined my meal.
