I come here often , staff are always polite and pretty efficient. The location here does take coupons and national deals so not sure what the others are complaining about. The only downside to this place is that their ice machine is often not working.

Very disappointing! My tuna wrap has no Tuna! I asked for them to cut the wrap in half, and they made the wrap half size! Miniature Tuna wrap! Not worth the money.

If you order via online they will not make your sandwich until you get to the store. Seen this twice already. In addition, they are rude. Will throw an attitude when you present the Subway coupon. Will not go here again until they switch ownership.

The left hand here has no idea what the right hand is doing. I ordered for curbside pickup so I didn't have to interact with them, I arrived and phoned and they said they couldn't find any such order. They put me on hold, so finally I went to the front door. The woman there said she didn't know anything about my order and maybe I picked the wrong location online. We went back and forth until she walked over to the counter and picked up my precise order sitting there getting cold, ready for me to go. I finally took it but I can't believe how disorganized they are. The food was fine and fast, but I don't recommend these people if you're in a hurry or want to buy food from people that have their business put together.

This place hooked my sandwich up with no complaints very good with customer service . Thank you so much they need more subways like you guys others tend to complain with bad customer service . The customer always right and need to meet their needs and you guys did that thank you again .

Very disappointing, came in to get lunch, thought i try the southwest chicken chipotle club, i seen the sign as i was walking in, it looked good. When i go in to order the lady looked lost, confused maybe her first day? I dont know , I told her i wanted the new chicken sandwich on the sign outside, so shes making my sandwich, didnt ask if i wanted mayo.....she added it on top of my toppings.. didnt want that but whatever. Then i noticed what looks to be expired guacamole bag.. hmmm kinda not feeling my sandwich now.. i finally paid... get to work.. and welp she charged me for a chicken bacon ranch club.. umm. No ranch in my sandwich, and well didnt even get the chipotle, just a plain ol' sandwich with lots of toppings and mayo.. wth??? This pissed me off, and for $10???? I cant even get my sandwich made correctly...... TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO MAKE YOUR ADVERTISED SANDWICHES.... AND IF YOUR GOING TO KEEP EXPIRED GOODS, DONT HAVE IT IN PLAIN VIEW FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE....

I just went in a minute ago and ordered the signature steak and cheese wrap. It's meant to include guacamole. The employee didn't put it in so I said doesn't this wrap include the guacamole. His answer was " no we charge for guacamole ". I pointed to the menu and pointed out the ingredients. He still said no " I'll add it for a fee". Didn't want to argue, or pay extra. I only ordered that because I was in the mood for southwest flavor. Pretty annoyed.

The service absolutely suck at this Subways. They are very prejudice. As a person of color, I stood in line and waited for the cashier to take my order, but she skipped over me and took the order of the white male in back of me. They only cater to the white race at this location. I'll never visit this site again. As a twelve-year resident of Emeryville, I will not support any business that discriminates against anyone and provides lousy customer service, esp. to people in its own community.

Great little Subway across from the Amtrak station. Nice option for getting food to take on the train. They have to-go packets of mayo and mustard so your sandwich doesn't get soggy if don't plan to eating it immediately. They also take coupons.

Love this subway. There is usually a long line everytime I come here during lunch but it is worth the wait.

This Subway is my go to place for an healthy quick lunch. Very pleased with the new ownership and staff.  I have seen this place before and now. I'm so happy it's open again with new management and extremely friendly staff. All the low star ratings should be deleted if there is a possibility as it's a completely changed place which doesn't deserve the low reviews .
