I had my subway coupon, they said it’s not franchised and they don’t have any policy to take coupon that we’re provided by Subway itself. Price is high too. 2 sandwiches cost me $30. Service were horrible and I felt like she was making her own rules.

Messed up both of my sandwiches that were placed online. How hard is it to read a receipt??? It's not like I'm ordering a Michelin Sandwich here. One was missing two different types of meat, the other had vegetables I didn't want and the ones I did were missing?? Spoke to the Manager via phone, advised her that I had to drive a good distance to come back, no compensation what so ever for their screw ups. Ridiculous smhUpdate:. After contacting corporate the Owner/Manager emailed me and offered me a drink and cookie with a purchased for my troubles...lol. I see now why they have so many negative reviews

I used to like coming to this subway, even though they still seemed mainly mediocre, but now they don't accept coupons which means you'll pay much higher prices for a still average sandwich. you'll have better luck going somewhere local. for some reason the fact they accepted coupons made it palatable - since they dont anymore i'll go elsewhere

This place and a lots close by Subway DO NOT accept any coupons! After ordering online, I asked for extra topping but yet don't get what I order. Everything I order extra on, I get very minimal of things. Even though I live close by and love Subway, I will not support it anymore.
Worst experience at a Subway ever. Hella rude, picked up a phone call while taking my order. After checking reviews here I know it's not the first time. Maybe management should do something about that??

Update, because Subway is my favorite fast food restaurant and I'm really salty about this: I just used the same coupon to buy two of the sandwich they told me I couldn't use it on at a different Subway location.(it was a BOGO coupon)We literally just left at 6:13 on April 22, 22The employee was on her phone the entire time taking our order, distracted to the point where she had to ask us to repeat items multiple times, and then told us we couldn't use our coupon on a sandwich that I've used the same coupon on before (we got a sheet of Subway coupons in the mail, didn't duplicate coupons) so we really just paid full price for terrible service ??

The woman working 2/23/22 at 6pm was on her phone through our order and transaction and told us my sandwich being ineligible for the coupon we brought. Spoiler: it was eligible and I took that coupon to another location the next day and used it to buy the same sandwich she told me I couldn't. Rude service, not worth the price.
