I absolutely love this gem of a place where they have homemade delights all gluten free, lots of paleo and vegan options too! Smoothies, sandwiches, bowls, coffee, pastries, everything so far has been delicious including their house made cashew milk.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have more reviews. The vegan food was amazing - I got the nutrizo tacos. Also had the guava matcha and a pastry. I love that they list the ingredients to the pastries so you really know what you’re eating. 10/10! I may be making more trips up to Encinitas just for this healthy, nourishing food :)

Exceptional food quality and service! We eat here almost daily. The breakfast, sandwiches, bowls, frozen take homes, cafe drinks, etc. is all well executed to perfection! They also have a jar of sea moss you can buy that has great health benefits. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Ask Jonathan anything because he’s very knowledgeable and amazing at his job! Just beware because you will get hooked and never leave without a pastry or dessert from the checkout...
