Jitter Bean is my go to for coffee, always hot, always taste great. They roast their beans here locally, you can smell them roasting from their Broadway location. All their Baristas are amazing and work hard, long lines roll though their drive up very smoothly. They treat me and my dog amazing and remember us each time.

Iced white chocolate mocha with a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom, rude service, took 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get their coffee and another 10 for our car. Women came out to ask what we want we needed to see the menu so she just went back inside didn't say anything to us. Jitter bean has gone way down hill I grew up in eureka and this is BS. Can't even drink my 6$ small mocha... would not recommend to anyone.

Bought an iced espresso and they gave me the espresso part but no milk. I am honestly a little disappointed since I always buy coffee from Jitter Bean

Don't get me wrong this place has great coffee unfortunately they are not open early enough for for the gig workers that are working 24 hours A-day I'm surprised they were not open at 5 AM when I went to Starbucks next door they were open earlier in consideration for early morning workers and commuters.
