This place has great pastries and desserts. I've been several times and everything we've tried has been fantastic. I'm a big fan. There are not a lot of seating options, but so far we haven't had any trouble getting a table, even as a group of 6.

What a quaint and cozy place! My cousin lives nearby and wanted to bring me here and I'm very glad he did. You walk up and order and they bring your order to the table. The staff was very nice and friendly. I had the Croque Madam and my cousin had the Poullete sandwich (chicken). We did a split so we could try both items. They are both good in their own right. The Croque Madame was served open faced and served with a fresh salad with balsamic dressing. I'm assuming it was house made but I didn't ask.The Poullette was amazing! The bread was almost like a bruschetta, in that it was grilled over and open flame. Tasted so good!I ordered some desserts to take home. Chocolate shortbread cookies. (Kinda dry and may be moreso, not what I was expecting..I think) I grabbed a Palmier (haven't tried yet) and slice of the Oak Cake. Orangey, chocolatey and rich! Delicious. All in all I give this place 10/10 for food, service and atmosphere.

Microwaved salmon and spinach quiche smelled awful. Asked to order something else instead I received answer "can't give you something for free" not much of customer service.

A very cute and quaint. If not overly large café very well laid out with spots for groups of people and smaller spots to hide out and relax, ...food atmosphere coffee is pretty much near the top.

Such a warm and cute place for breakfast and lunch! Love that they bake all of their goodies and showcase it all so beautifully. Mixed Berry Scone - SO GOOD!! Probably the best consistency I've had in a really long time. It's not hard. It's not cakey. CHEFS KISS!! Also had a French dessert pastry with seasonal fig. I wish I remembered the name but my gosh that little dessert was a taste of heaven. Thanks to the team for delicious recommendations, will be back for more!! Free street parking wasn't too hard to manage on a Wednesday morning.

Great food. The staff is friendly. Love the coffee choices and pastry. The breakfast is out of this world. Always try to visit when I'm in fair oaks.

This little place is grrrreat!! I loved it! The atmosphere is fun with old prints on the wall by Mucha and the like with some more modern things... the place is divided up with decorated pallets to break up seating and offer some privacy. The hash browns super FRESH!! Crisp too. The prosciutto was a tad firm like it had been warmed but it's my only grip. Perfect egg a hollandaise is more like a gravy, but great taste, tastes fresh like it was made in house... I had the eggs Benedict with the prosciutto, hashbrowns and salad. My partner had country breakfast with sausage and eggs, hash brown potatoes, and crostinis. The Mimosa did not skimp on the champagne!! Black coffee was fresh, hot, robust. The bakery items we have not sampled yet, but may have to take something home! They look divine!!! Service was awkward until we figured out what was going on?? Order then find a table... reminds me a little bit of the battery in Santa Cruz, at a smaller scale?? Maybe serve butter with toast?? Condiments at the table because there are no real servers??

My favorite breakfast bistro with a touch of paris! The pastries are delicious and so attractive to the eye, but I must say the fluffy large omelettes with home fries and a small salad rule for me!

Came here early for breakfast. Food was delicious, matcha was great, and we all like our drinks. There was no table in the store and only one large table that’s only for six people left , but after asking them, they were willing to let us use that table. Highly recommended this location for breakfast and will be back
