For the last couple weeks Domino's has been running an insane promotion that you can get ANY size pizza, ANY toppings, ANY crust style.....just $9.99!!! You want a large New York style pizza with 8 toppings? You want a large Pan style pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce? You want a thin crust pizza with literally every option that they offer? All $9.99!!! The first time I ordered it online I was waiting for the catch where they say certain options aren't available, or its only that price if its ordered a certain way....nope. Ive ordered 3 pizzas just this week, all very different and all loaded with options, same price every time. And while an offer like this obviously won't last forever, it definitely allowed me to see what Domino's is capable of, and just how good their pizzas are. Because I haven't ordered a Domino's pizza in a long time, its been years. They've definitely stepped up their game and are no longer the little lesser known pizza company that was popular when I was a kid. If you haven't tried them in a long time, give them a shot. You'll likely be impressed like I was 👍🏻

By far the worst experience I have ever had in the food industry. I’m still trying to figure out why I had to argue over the phone/in-person with the rude bald headed manager who insisted that my CUSTOM 2 TOPPING PIZZA that I only selected Philly Cheese Steak as my ONE topping selection, must be made as a “Philly Cheese Steak Speciality Pizza” with chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms AND PHILLY CHEESE STEAK, because I quote “they are not like other dominoes and this is how we make it”. I had to argue with the manager that the pizza I ordered was a custom pizza. The items I selected for this pizza was, HAND TOSSED CRUST, MARINARA SAUCE, CHEESE, AND PHILLY CHEESE STEAK as my ONE topping on a CUSTOM TWO TOPPING PIZZA. I don’t know why you would put CHICKEN, MUSHROOMS, ONIONS AND PEPPERS on a TWO TOPPING PIZZA, and still refuse to make my order because again, I quote, “they are not like other dominoes and this is how we make it”. I don’t know if the manager was having a weird ego trip or just hates his life. But I wish better for him and hope nobody has to go to dominoes and argue with this man about the items you personally selected online to be on your pizza, and for some reason they just decide to add more items because “that’s how THEY make it”. A CUSTOM TWO TOPPING PIZZA but they can just go ahead and throw on whatever toppings they want. Hope the manager gets fired.

What a waste of time and money and dealing with incompetent employees. I ordered two pizzas today, and initially, the order was delivered wrong, and I received someone else’s order on one of the pizzas. The app wouldn’t make it right by reordering it and having to wait again, so I called to clear things up. The lady had nothing but attitude from the start like she didn’t want to deal with their mistake, but after explaining over again and again what was wrong, which I hate repeating myself, the employee said she would remake it and send it out again. Upon arrival, the pizza showed mushrooms on top and no Philly Steak, which was what was ordered. Instead of turning the delivery guy around to try again, I decided to try it and see if there was any meat. The one slice I ate was straight mushrooms… I called back three times, and the call dropped after the Domino's greeting. My patience was gone; I got dressed and went to the store.
I’ll also mention that I’m a disabled combat Marine Veteran, hence the reason for delivery. Upon arriving, the first employee who had seen me tried to help but needed a manager to do the refund. I wanted the money for one of the pizzas, the delivery fee, and taxes since I was forced to come in person to resolve this issue. The manager wouldn’t refund me and gave me an excuse: they weighed their meats now and that there was meat in the pizza and she can't refund me until tomorrow. I asked where was the meat and they pulled out two small pieces from one slice and tried finding more with little to no evidence. The unidentified manager lied to me again and told me that she had to wait until tomorrow to refund my money. One of my first jobs was working retail, and the customer gets a refund if they returned a product on the spot, not the next day, which is ridiculous! The manager, I’ll add, had attitude yet again and wasn’t even wearing a name tag or identifying herself as management, another big no-no in any service job. I’ve attached pics and a video of this terrible experience, and this is now the second time I’ve had to return food physically. $20 an hour, and these people can’t properly make a pizza and deliver it to the correct address, and they won’t refund your money when they mess up. What a scam this country is coming to! I’ll never eat here again because of the subpar pizza and terrible customer service!

I was MOST impressed by Eli, who took my complicated order and made it happen. I live in Texas, my sister is in the nursing home in Fallbrook. She is particular in her tastes, but being where she is, it’s really difficult for her to get much enjoyment. It hurts my heart so much so I try to do some little things to make her life more bearable. ELI went above and beyond regular limits to help with a difficult order, and I hope he wasn’t in trouble for it! Sometimes, humanity needs to override standard procedures, and Eli got it. The Fallbrook store should be proud to have him as a representative. He is professional and considerate, as well as efficient and quick. Reality is, there are other places in Fallbrook to order food, but because of Eli I will continue to order from there. It’s not so much the company. It’s the EMPLOYEE that makes the difference.
