02/29- My son goes here after school to eat and wait for me to pick him up. today i went in to eat with him and i went to the restroom first. when i came back out my son was outside with a cop! the GM Ann called cops because supposedly some kids were being disrespectful. However it was not my son but since the cop was already there she decided to point the figure at him not knowing that i was there. When i came out i saw what was happening and approached the situation. she was rude and did not even know what to say. This issue has been going on for some time now where kids from the school cannot go into the Mcdonal's which i dont think is right! I am beyond aggravated and upset this should have never happened because i wonder what would of happened if my son was there by himself! unexpectable

Expensive, hamburger meal used to be a reasonable price quick meal, now ya got to be a millionaire to grab a quick bite for yourself and the family on the way home, now days it's better and cheaper to go home and slave over the stove after a hard day. Their value menu isn't much better either.

Very bad experience at this location..this happened this morning 12/18/23 around 2am. When i pulled uo to the driveway there were only 3 cars ahead of me and it took them so long to take my order, and when i went to the pick up window i was just sitting for more than 20 minutes and none of the workers would even address my concern, then finally a young mexican dude seems to be the mananger at that time and he didn’t even have his name badge displayed on his shirt, come to the window and then starts saying “ Don’t yell at me and started screaming” before i can even say a word he says stop yelling… and rhen he toss my food bag and gave ne that “ Bear stare”..when i asked his name he said” No you don’t need to know my name” i wonder if they are understaffed or is just thier attitude towards customers… i will never wver return back to this store again…

I recently had a disappointing experience at a McDonald's location where the manager, LENA (Hispanic female, dark hair, pale skin, late 20s/early 30s) displayed extremely rude behavior. While placing my order through the drive-thru, there was a minor issue with the mobile app code, which required Lena's assistance. However, instead of handling the situation professionally, Lena's attitude towards me was quite unpleasant.She insisted that I wait on the side for my order, even though I had already been waiting for a considerable amount of time. Feeling frustrated, I declined her request. To my surprise, when Lena handed me my order, she threw it in my direction, which was completely uncalled for.Additionally, I requested some BBQ sauce, for which she indicated a charge of $0.27. Although I was willing to pay, I only had my card with me. To my disappointment, Lena stated she couldn't accept card payments. Despite this setback, I insisted on receiving the BBQ sauce and expressed my determination to wait until I received it. In response, Lena simply shut the window, leaving me feeling unheard and unsatisfied.Fortunately, a kind and helpful employee working at the window noticed the situation and promptly provided me with the BBQ sauce. I finally left the restaurant, feeling disappointed and frustrated by the overall experience. It is evident that Lena's attitude and lack of customer service skills make her ill-suited for a managerial position.I sincerely hope that McDonald's takes appropriate action to address this situation, as it is important for customers to be treated
