So Pizza Hut has always been one of those hit-and-miss places over the years. This time I was really surprised on how much better the ingredients were. I really enjoyed it this time around. I'm sure I will be trying it again soon. Keeping my fingers crossed.Parking: Plenty of parking but also plenty of other stores there.

I will never order again from here!!! The driver left the order on the start next to the trash cans. I called the store and spoke to the manager. They were unprofessional and had no good outcome.

I placed an order online before they closed , they took my money charged me and I never received my food , since it was at night I had to wait till this morning to call and ask for my refund or I can come by and get the order today , the person who answer the phone was rude and so I asked to speak to a manger she stated this is the manager and so I asked how they handle these situations she got snide with me and stated there was nothing they can do .... I will never recommend this Pizza Hut or use it again ... the definitely was no customer service help and very rude manager

Prices for delivery for 1 large pizza & 8 piece chicken wings was over $52.00. Do not ever have your pizza delivered from Southridge Pizza Hut in Fontana. It's 1.5 miles from my house & I was charged over $17.00 for service fee, delivery fee & driver fee. Unbelievable!!!

Pizza was ready when I got to the store which was 15 minutes after I had placed my online order. It was the way i ordered it. I don't remember the employee's name but he was tall and wears glasses, he was welcoming and friendly.

I came here about a week ago. Got helped by a person who seemed really busy. I think he was the only person working. He was making pizzas and answering phones, helping the people who would arrive for there pizzas . He seemed like he needed help. I arrived for my online order that said it was ready. I get there and he says I still need to wait for about 5 mins. I was a little disappointed because I was watching a game. If I order on online I would hope it's ready by the time they say. I should t have to wait additionally. I get it he was alone and no help. He did have like 3 other people waiting. He had a okay attitude. He did have wrinkle shirt which looked bad. Overall good pizza. My wife like Pizza Hut over domino's. Small waiting area.
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza: pepperoni, pineapple and green bell pepper.Pros:-friendly staff member helped me out-the pizza was ready when they said it would beCons:-the biggest reason why I only rated 2 stars was because bell pepper was burnt (see pictures)-overall the quality of the pizza was okay

Bad experience with manager Corina. She was rude and having a power trip. She was pretending no understand my English with accent, besides her presentation was really disgusting with stains all over her uniform, it looks duty, she should wear an apron if she is in contact with ingredients, make me wonder about sanitary practices in this place

The sauce, cheese, and toppings were almost non-existent. Pizza Hut used to be good, but now it can't compete with the other local pizza places. Don't waste your money. There are much better alternatives.
