I love it but the service at this location is horrible. Nobody knew about my order yesterday. The app said my order would arrive at the curbside in 5-7 minutes...after waiting over 15 minutes I walked into the restaurant to see if there was a problem with my order AND YES...a lady grabbed the ticket and forgot to prepare my order...and no one knew anything, everyone said they didn't know. I showed them my order on the app and the store manager told me... wait, I'm going to serve the customers at the checkout and then I'll serve you... TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE! IT TOOK A LONG TIME AND WITHOUT AN APOLOGIZE...

This location does not honor their own coupons nor MacDonald's coupons. I have no idea how can they be part of the franchise if they keep refusing McDonald's coupons. No I will not go here again because aside from that their food is mediocre and service

The food and service were perfect but I had a few issues. The atmosphere wasn't anything special and it was actually full of weird people. And my second complaint is how we were in a huge rush to make it in time for the breakfast.

One of the best McDonald's in the peninsula. Not only are they the cheapest in the area (see the "McCheapest" site), they have Coca Cola Freestyle machines with way more flavors than regular soda machines, they still have the red medium and large fry containers instead of the smaller paper ones the other nearby McDonald's have changed to, and they still have the pump ketchup with the little paper cups.

My mistake for not checking my mobile order before leaving. Of course my deluxe quarter pounder with cheese that I paid for on the receipt was replaced with a cheaper spicy chicken sandwich which I don't like. Not worth driving back so just eating the fries. Great lack of quality control.

So my husband and i were in the mood for just a drink, so we quickly went in the drive through before our drive home and we paid quickly but as soon as we went to the pickup window they told us we had to wait in the parking for our drinks ?! We have currently been waiting 5 minutes for 2 powerades ....
