Meh, service was crabby, we got a bunch of bagels and cream cheese for the office. Decent enough but a bit rough and chewy. Latte was good though. Service was fast.

I used to like lunches at Panera. Now the prices have doubled, probably due to inflation and high rent of the location, I don't feel like paying almost $20 for a cup of Mac and cheese and what not for the "budget" Pick Two deal any more. The chocolate croissant was a bit dense (need more time to rise?). The spinach and artichoke souffle is the same size as the croissant but twice the price (not lunch size).

Food is just like you know it from Panera. Good and delicious. However, service is sometimes a bit off. Nothing major but could use improvement. Parking can be an issue at times but you should be able to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and also dedicated parking spots.
Drove in rain to pickup the order and when got back to the hotel one of the item was missing. How hard is it to check before handing off the bag.

Lemonade was actually quite good and was just caffeinated enough for me. The sandwich however was the driest, most flavorless thing I've tasted in a long time. Just an absolute slog to chew through, it felt and tasted like cardboard. Do not recommend.

This is my first Google review. YOUR Chicken Sandwich is the WORST one I have had in recent 20 years. The chicken and the bacon is super DRY. Is your store using the meat made in a long time ago? And the Sandwich also has NO GREENS! I spent 16 $ to get a garbage .
Rudest Panera I've been to! Staff make your salad wrong and then aggressively approach you and accuse you of making a mess when you take the wrong ingredients out. Staff acts like robots with no human empathy and a terrible attitude.

I would give a zero if I could. The guy at the register was super nice. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE! The sandwich was very very tiny for $10, rip off! It was tasteless and had nothing in it! I had to take it back to the counter to "beef" it up and they told me they were strict on portions. Well it looked absolutely NOTHING like it was photographed to look like. I thought they messed up my order. I will NEVER EVER EVER go back! The worst experience of my entire life!! Am I being dramatic? Nope!! Save your money and satisfy your appetite elsewhere!

It's hard to fight the perception that Panera has been going downhill for the past few years. This Panera has consistently left items out of my orders and forgotten basics like bread or chips, but it's been difficult to stop ordering entirely because my kids love their mac and cheese.Unfortunately, I think I've finally hit my breaking point. Today I was served a Frontega Chicken sandwich that tasted entirely like dishwashing detergent. I returned to the restaurant to request a refund - which took 10 minutes because the front was entirely unstaffed. When I found someone, they refused to do anything but remake the sandwich. Needless to say, I no longer trust their sanitation. If I can't trust Panera to give me edible food, I think I'm finally out.

Your usual Panera. A little confusing where to pick up food. It's around the corner from the cash register. Lots of seating options.

Oh just awful. Unhelpful employees, can barelyBe asked to take an order - the sandwich didn't seem fresh - my kid loves a chicken sandwich and we made a special trip. He was shocked at the lack of interest in taking our order, and the sandwich didn't taste good - he threw it out after 2 bites - well I also took a bite though not my favorite sandwich - yeah agreed tastes like it sat all day - ridiculous price for crap food and poor service
